Douglas was the representative that helped me in service. He was very professional, personable, and went the extra mile to help me out. He even found that I had extra coverage for services that I was not aware that I had. This experience made all the difference in the world at a challenging time because my car shut down on me unexpectedly. The manager, Tyler stepped in at my request to assist with my additional services. I’m sure he’s very busy, but he took the extra time to listen to me and address my concerns. I’m very appreciative of the exceptional services that I received from Gastonia Nissan today.

Gastonia Nissan was superb! I admit that I struggled previously before coming here. I was upside down in my car BUT Sales Mgr, Justin and the salesman Bobby worked this deal for me. I felt cared from the time I called and spoke to Alexis then met Bobby my salesman. He was so superb! He connected with Sales Mgr that came out immediately and introduced himself and assured me he would help me. This is BIG. Please come and visit Gastonia Nissan for car purchases !
