This place has a decent cigar selection. The customer service is nonexistent. The owner is not friendly at all. He doesn’t even acknowledge his customers. He just tells you the total of your purchase and then OK buddy Have a good day.

They are always switching people and the new guy didn't want to honor the coupon and they were doing buy 5 get one free I came up there with my five stamps and they didn't keep their word!!! Do not go here they are always racing the price...&& obviously scammers I come every week and for this guy to act as if the coupon don't exist is distasteful as far as customer service goes!!&& he is always on the phone when I come in there && had the balls to say that's your problem!! I will not be going there again they are money hungry

I don't smoke cigars. I looked on line about cigars and was hoping the person in the shop was knowledgeable, at least to some extent. No, he didn't know anything, not friendly at all. I guess this shop is for experienced cigar smokers only. I will not return to this shop.
