Went in to trade in a couple games. Waited 10 minutes to get to the front of the line and the only person working then told me to move to the side because trade ins take a long time. I waited 30 minutes, even after telling the attendant he needs to assist me, for him to work the trade in. 30 MINUTES. It took him 5 minutes to process my trade in once he got to it. Crazy...By far the worst retail experience I've had in a while. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAMESTOP. THEY SUCKKKKKKKK

Great game selection, products, and black Friday deals. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Would be nice if they would give you more than 5-6 days to pick up online orders... I mean you do pay for it before you can pick it up so why would it matter if I pick it up in one day or 2 weeks?

I was told a game i wanted was not available at any center. Went to the one down the road, and they had 3 copies. This is why your business is collapsing.

The sales clerk was rude and condescending.I was trying to trade in my PS4 and Xbox 1 and get a PS5.The sales clerk didn't want to give me anything for them both in good condition. Just bought the Xbox there a month prior.dont recommend this store for anything.

Went to the store to trade in a game, the manger of the store said he needed a ID and it was policy and I showed him a picture and he got disrespectful with me. I called to report him and ask him who I can speak to and he got very smart and disrespectful with me and was highly rude. Who wouldn’t tell me his name or anything but it’s really sad when you have questions and the manger he said he was, wants to be rude, disrespectful, childish, out of place, unprofessional, unnecessary behavior. I hope someone who is higher up can follow back with me.

If I could give zero stars I would bc the customer service here sucks really bad. When I first walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I need assistance then when I was ready to check out I stood in line for over 6mins for the guy at the register to ask to guy behind me if he was ready to check out ? this location needs to do better or hiring better staff

We have two locations in town and I love this location a whole lot more. My systems have lasted longer when I get them from this location too which is a huge plus for me. Everything I want or need is always in stock!!!
