Went in to trade in a console and games. I understand that cash is less then credit, i went in expecting that. Gamestop policy is that it's 20% less. This is a LIE. its almost 40% less. Mentioned this to associate and mentioned what their policy stated, they said it can't be changed. Not only that but forced a refurbish decrease because tv didn't show a display from console Even though i legit just formated before going. Just Left.Went to gamers alley. Surprise...no issue with console. and got way more then what gamestop offered(roughly 20% more). Its just ridiculous. Their whole system is just greedy.

I don't know who runs this store but this is the second time something has happened to me with a pre-sale. The first time they didn't place my order and now the second time I pre-ordered the Spiderman 2 game and the store is closed. They never answer the phone here, I don't recommend this store to anyone please. I will never support this store again, the supervisor or manager of this store is incompetent.

Went by to pick up Spiderman 2 on release day, and store was closed. Contacted another local store and they said the district manager had been notified and someone should be opening by noon, well nobody showed up. Called the previous store and they guaranteed someone would have the store open by 430, well nobody was there. The other store could do nothing to help me get the game I've waited months for unless I paid for it again. Bad business on the biggest game release of the year.

You can NEVER get an answer on the phone. And 9/10 when I go in, I'm the ONLY customer so they can't say that their busy with other customers. I would rather give my business to the one in Shelby that actually answers their phone. The Franklin square one don't EVER answer either.

I love GameStop and this location in particular. I have never had a negative experience with GameStop, in store or on the phone with customer service but the folks in this store are just the best. Going in and seeing the familiar faces of James and Jacob are like seeing family (family that you actually like, that is). But they, and everyone in this store, are the most helpful and nicest people. If I am out and about and planning to go to GameStop, I always go to this location at Samarth Plaza even if I will be closer to the other location at Franklin Square because of how they make me feel…like a valued customer and even a friend.

Customer service was great went in there with 3 old games an 2 old controllers and 0 dollars he did everything he could to bring the price of a new Xbox controller down and gave us a warranty on it we were so thankful W customer service
