Nice place with friendly staff. They also have a disk restoration machine here so bring your scratch up games and they can remove them. Charged $3 per disk.

Traded in my Gameboy SP and games in for a One Piece Booster Box! Super happy. I do respect and support the business as there needs to be more stores that sell niche things like they do!

I've been going to Gamers Alley on and off for over 10 years now, back when the store was at its original location. Scott, the owner, as well as his team have always been great to deal with. He's also always been more than fair with me whenever I've traded in games, consoles, etc. to him. Far better than any GameStop would, I assure you!I Highly recommend Gamers Alley

Staff here is awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable service and a huge selection. They have trivia nights where you can win store credit. Each day there is some TCG being played. Always someone in there playing SOMETHING so a great place to meet up and play with friends, or just go play and make some new like-minded friends.10/10

So, my experience with the service at Gamer's Alley has ranged from average to poor, but my experience tonight sealed the deal. I took in a PS4 console to sell/trade, and because of my work schedule, got there about an hour before close. Place was pretty busy, not really unexpected. So, I told the clerk (youngish - didn't get his name) why I was there, he checked over what I brought in - PS4 Slim, VG/Mint condition, one Dualshock 4, one power cable, one HDMI cable. Clerk gave me an estimated total, with the understanding they have to test the machine. My exact words: "All good. Take your time, I'll be over by the (PS4) wall browsing.". So, the console sat ignored by the 2 clerks working for quite a few minutes; one clerk eventually set the console over on the other side of the counter. AT NO POINT WAS MY CONSOLE EVER POWERED ON, OR EVEN PLUGGED IN. So after several more minutes, the clerk caught my glance and called me over. He then tells me they can't take the console because the controller shows signs of stick drift. I'm sorry, what? He then turns a screen toward me with the controller plugged into Gamepad Tester. THE STICKS WERE FLUTTERING LESS THAN HALF A MILLIMETER AROUND CENTER. That's not stick drift, THAT'S A NORMAL DEADZONE. Dude was just trying to find an excuse not to do the trade cause he didn't want to be bothered. I figured, there's no point arguing, so I packed my console back up and left. Here's the thing; I was selling my PS4 because I just bought a PS5, and with an upcoming bonus at work, I was looking at treating myself after a rough year, and spending $200-300 on games and peripherals. I don't know the kid's name that jerked me around on this trade, but he just cost you all that business, cause now it's going elsewhere. Train and supervise your people better, cause I guarantee I'm not the only customer your poor service has cost you.
