I don't want to call out any certain stylists. It is hard to communicate and schedule with them. I've called many times with no answer. I have texted my previous stylists and suddenly she did not want to communicate that way. I could only reach her on Facebook. Whatever, she doesn't cut hair that great anyway. It's a cute salon and maybe you will have more success than me.
Requested style: I brought pictures to follow, but it didn't help. Bad haircut.

Been going to Sally for YEARS. She is the only person I’ll ever trust to touch my hair! Never cancels on me and always leaves me feeling like a 10/10!!! Love all the girls at Friendz Salon too!

I showed up for my appointment a while ago, and it was cancelled without my knowledge. I made another appointment recently in order to get my hair cut, the woman who cut my hair added no layers and it ultimately ended up looking terrible. She didn't ask any questions about my hair texture and when I informed her my hair was curly she just continued to cut. The haircut is one of the worst I've ever gotten.

Voula isn't just another hair dresser, she is in fact a hair doctor.I made a HUGE mistake and had a perm done at Alba's Beauty salon in Gastonia and I thought I'd need to let it grow out to chop off the damage.....That is until I stumbled upon Voula the unicorn stylist that worked pure magic ❤️Before and after pictures.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sally is a good stylist but she is very unreliable. I’ve had her cut my hair a few times but once made a appt and texted her to tell her I was coming but stuck in traffic- I went up to both doors and they were locked so I left. She told me that she was there and her car was parked outside, needless to say I didn’t know what car she was driving as I thought the car was there belonged to the business beside it. The next time she scheduled me for 5:00 only to cancel and reschedule the following day ( mind you it was my birthday weekend so I had a schedule I rearranged) when I arrived the showed me her shoulder and it was severely bruised, she couldn’t lift her arm but was wanting to still cut my hair. Ugh no! I asked her why she didn’t let me know sooner considering it happened the night before and knew she was unable to cut hair. She told me she will see me later on. Nope- that was the last time as ok as she is as cutting hair I didn’t like my time wasted 3 times. Im understanding to her injury but she didn’t seem understanding to my time.Service: Haircut

I have been coming here for years. My stylist is Lori and she always does a fabulous job! She also does my kids hair. She is wonderful with kids and is always patient with them. Even does well with kids with autism, ADHD, and sensory issues. She is very welcoming and thoughtful.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
