Excellent customer service! Fedex seems to have gone "light" in that there are very few shipping centers now, most of the FedEx places are inside Dollar General stores and don't offer any shipping supplies. I was so happy to find this place. I still had to buy shipping supplies from the Office depot side but they did help me with packaging.
