I have a 12:15 Dec 16 appointment for highlights and a cut. No one in the shop. I have 2 confirming emails and not even a call to say they where cancelling. Horrible way to do do business.

At 49 years old, I achieved a new first today. I had never cried over a haircut before. I showed pictures of my last cut, explained what I would like done differently, and showed a picture of what I was looking for. The cut I got was pretty much the exact opposite of what I asked for, and because it is so short, I'll have to live with it until it is long enough to fix.

Had my hair colored for my highschool reunion. Asked for a medium brown to cover up the gray but it came out with a reddish tinge. Do NOT go to Carlos.

I have Messaged, and I called phone just rang. I received a color and cut Sat. 5th of August for a birthday trip to Nashville TN. The whole experience was awful! Color all wrong, hair stylist was overwhelmed at best. Product he put in my hair. Left gummy gluey type residue. He himself took a picture. He had to keep washing and rinsing. It still wouldn't all come out!My cut was to be a reverse stacked Bob. It was a horrible crooked chop! I had to immediately go in tears to a Great Clips close by to correct as best they could to fix my uneven, over layered, mis-shaped hair. They were STUNNED how bad it was. I wasted 4 hours and I was charged $185.00 for this horrific service.I would NEVER charge for this if I were a company!I truly hope no one else patrons this facility.Services: Haircut

My Wife went to this salon today 08/03/2023 at 1:30pm. The stylist, Carlos I think, started on her hair and it was not until almost 6:00pm that he was finished. Most of that time the chemicals were on her hair roots, several hours. She had asked to have her roots done and all over color, only the roots were done, and he claimed he did some kind of treatment on her hair. The result is her hair now has colors of blue, orange, and pink instead of the blonde tones she asked for. We were charged $110.00 for this, and my wife is very unhappy with these results. I feel that we should be refunded the full amount, and compensated for the cost we will incur at another salon to fix this mess. I would have contacted either the franchise owner, or the manager instead of posting here, but I can't find that information in listings for this location, and the number given in the follow up e-mail is a disconnected number.

Had a 4:00 PM appointment and they were closed and locked when I arrived on time. I know skilled labor is hard to come by and places are short staffed, but I'm in their system and they could have called and saved me the drive. Do better.

My husband and I just tried to get our hair cut here and was told that they closed at 7. We get there about 5:30 and the door is already locked. I believe they just lost two customers today. Don’t tell someone you’re open then whenever they get there not be.

This salon charged me $200 to put semi permanent purple dye in my hair. Started to wash out like 2 days after i got it done. Will never go back there. Lesson learned make sure they have your color in stock and you dont get "oh i have some purple in my bag". Never agian. Also she applied the bleach properly but then proceeded to put the dye in my hair like how you would shampoo. This happend to me in February of 2021.
