After my original review the manager, Row contacted me and was very professional, concerned, and solution focused concerning my car issue. He advised that I take my Jeep for a second opinion and low and behold the transmission wasn't the issue. The actual crooks are my local JT Jeep dealership in Columbia, SC not Enterprise! Even after I left a terrible review the manager was courteous and focused on what he could do to rectify the situation. Purchasing a car from this dealership is absolutely a good decision.

I searched for a used car in April 2024, and found that the manager, RO, was trustworthy and professional. :) You will save yourself time and money by buying at Enterprise Car Sales in Gastonia, NC, rather than at South Charlotte Hyundai dealership. Five stars for Enterprise Car Sales for honesty and integrity, which is so rarely found anymore.

I ordered a specific car from out of state. The process took longer than expected. The follow through and follow up was very under par. However, when I did finally speak to them they were prompt and responsive. To their benefit, I have not purchased a car in almost 5 years. In my experience, I am used to sales men who wanted to sell a car. The experience here was very different. It was me doing most of the check ins and Inquiring. However, I’m pleased with the actual car and I’m happy the process is over.

I had a great experience at Enterprise Car SalesI. I bought my second VW for my birthday . My salesman was Mike Bilah, and he understood what I was looking for, showed me multiple options, and ultimately helped me make a great decision. He was very knowledgeable in all the vehicles, friendly, and put the stress of car shopping to ease. Mike was also helping me once it came down to the final numbers. He was kind, understanding of my price range, and helped make this experience worth my while. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before signing anything. Ok I won't give 1 star, but I JUST bought the car less than 2 months ago. Already the AC is out the, idle stop has problems connected to ac, and the windshield seal is not sealed right so water is leaking in through the roof. Enterprise doesn't fix it nor does the "warranty", which is basically just if the engine fails seems like. And the only place who does accept the "warranty" is the dealership which everyone knows costs double than any other mechanic. It's 400 to fix the window seal and 450 just for them to run the diagnostic for AC and idle. So basically it's a Russian roulette with the cars I guess.

I just brought my second car from them.Those guys are amazing I would recommend anyone to them. Both of the Mikes that work there did wonderful job helping me find my Nissan that I wanted.
