Im going to the 3202 location from here foward or simply walking away from dunkin in all. I am here at this location EVERY DAY and I know my name stands out at this location, so please here me out. The crew you have working there on Sundays are a JOKE! There so rude! I have came in and talked to management about this once before and nothing has changed at all. You guys make drinks..... if you have a rude attitude by just making drinks, the rest of your life's outcome is going to be very sad and disappointing for you. If making drinks make you miserable, then your in for a hard life. I am so nice when I come here and am always happy to see everybody. You guys have a good crew during the week day! As soon as the weekend hits you guys bring the worst people in to work. Also.... BE CONSISTENT ON MAKING DRINKS! Tell me how I order a French Vanella Late every day.... but the Late taste diffrent each and every day. It is 3 ingredients. I mean seriously. Mine yesterday taste like milk and water. I will do the weekend staff a favor and never show my face and take my business elsewhere. You guys are loosing a ton of money just from 1 single customer. Quite sad. Horrible customer service.

What a toxic environment. I went there this morning 2.28.24 for a coffee. I had a feeling as to how this was going to go, but it was actually worse. I stood in line patiently, as it was starting to get busy. It was my turn to place my order, lead on the floor told her to hold off on orders and make the drinks she had orders for already....ok this is understandable. No issues there, but then she finally comes back, and takes my order (no receipt was given) as I was paying she walked away and never came back. So I stood over to the side at pick up. They were going through mobile orders, and door dash orders....no problems here either. Well the lead was asking everyone if they were mobile orders, she got to me, and I said no I was in store order, she then proceeds to tell me that the other girl would get me (the lady who took my order). Ok cool no big deal.....well people are coming and going, and I am still patiently standing there waiting, and the lead lady looks over in my direction where other people were standing, and said you have a mobile order? I looked confused as we had just had this talk a few mins prior. I politely asked "who, I am sorry are you talking to me? As I was not sure who that question was directed too. Then she sighs rolls her eyes and shakes her head, and ask the girl who took my order what I was waiting on as if she somehow now has a problem with me just standing there. The lady who took my order said she didn't know! The lead lady with the attitude said are you waiting for a drink? are you order 19? I said ma'am I am not sure what order number I am, as I was not given a receipt, and said yes I am waiting on a drink, (gave her my drink...med iced caramel macchiato). Then that lead lady has the nerve to turn to the lady and grumble and said make her drink so she can leave! As if I was somehow the problem?- So I placed my order at 7:34am, and left the store at 8:15am and waited patiently, and I AM THE PROBLEM?- You work in the business of customer service, as well as an early shift where people are ordering breakfast and coffee, which is fast paced! If you can't handle it, or check your attitude, you need to find something else to do. Sincerely, Patient, but disrespected Customer

Staff is rude majority of the time when asking for help. I went inside and stood there about 5 minutes no one acknowledged me I walked out and went to the drive through. I try to avoid this location much as possible, I often end up leaving due to poor customer service.

Its crazy how they use the terms what else does she want in a rude and demeaning tone. I work in customer service and that was straight trash. I don't usually write reviews but this deserved one. I know what i ordered and then still got told i said the wrong thing. in all honesty this place needs a new management team. Period. What a shame. Never going there again and i hope everyone else can see this. They need people who care in all honesty. great location one rude employe.

I come here on the weekends before I head into work because of the convenience of using the app. I walked into today and there was a man being rude to the workers on duty. None of the other customers agreed with his attitude and supported the staff. This is a busy location and the crew was working hard to get the orders out efficiently. Everyone please be kind to others as they provide a service for their customers.

Everytime I go here the service is absolutely horrible. Each time I go here I tell myself never again then I end up needing another coffee to get through my day and try it again… each time my coffee is never right and the people that work there make you feel like a burden for being a PAYING customer!! Never again. I’ll make my own coffee at home. ….. ps today I asked for an iced latte and paid extra for a shot of expresso. Did they give me either of those?? Nope. And asking caused an attitude so I left. I vote to clean this place out and place new staff and management in… or shut the place down!
