I had an amazing experience with Jordan from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, suggested cars with desired features, & within my price point. This is the place to go. I had them call me and we set up an appointment for that day. In my biggest crisis I walked out of Drivetime with 0 down. Yes, they are serious if you qualify it’s 0 down. My rep was Michael Gonzalez and he took great care of me. Very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely ask for Michael.

Nathan and staff sold me a roach infested vehicle! Management gave a number to customer relations and customer relations is heartless and do not care! I had only had the vehicle for exactly 2 weeks and noticed this a few day's after purchasing the vehicle.This is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen they even left someones shoes in the vehicle under the back seat, I noticed this while cleaning the vehicle and this is when I noticed the first roach.They will claim that they had the car detailed but the detailer clearly didn't do a good job! They will also claim that they offer a 5 day return but this wasn't mentioned to me I learned about it the day before the time was up when I called a different location and wanted to trade the vehicle because I was considering the first vehicle that I test drove. When I mentioned that I didn't know about the policy they said it was on the paperwork YOU signed.The car has also been wrecked they also said it was on the paperwork YOU signed!So make sure to take your time to read all of the paperwork!I was in an urgent situation and had to get a vehicle and had no time to read the paperwork or to inspect it! I trusted that I was in good hands but I definitely was not! I work from home so I wasn't driving the car often enough to notice anything early on.Also David the manager said to my face that he would take care of my tags. He then asked if I resided in SC I told him yes. He said ok.When the tag expired I called the Gastonia location to get my tag and David said "you will have to pay the taxes and go to scdmv to get your tag."I asked David why didn't he tell me that when I purchased the vehicle. He said we do not handle taxes you have to do that! I told him I understand that but you didn't mention that I had to get the tag on my own!I've never had to get a tag for a new vehicle, the dealership has always handled that. This wasn't my first purchase from Drivetime and Ive never experienced such poor service!The pictures are pictures that I took after I had to purchase roach bombs from Lowe's! There was an infestation of roaches! I have asthmatic children that also have allergies! I cannot have this type of nastiness and diseased bugs around my children!Do not purchase a vehicle from drivetime but especially from this Gastonia location they are definitely not for the customer they are all for themselves! If you do, have your own people inspect the vehicle inside and out, take your time and read every line in the paperwork because they will not tell you everything at this location!Do not visit the Gastonia location!

Drew was the absolute most wonderful and respectful salesman that I've ever encountered. Through the small inconveniences he found ways to be sure we were well taken care of. If you go into DriveTime get up with Drew because he will definitely take great care of you!

the people here were very nice and really welcoming!! they worked with my budget very well and weren't like typical car salespeople, they were very understanding and didn't try to push me to get a car i didn't want. i would definitely recommend coming to this dealership!

We had a great experience. Staff was pleasant. Truck was clean and ready to test drive. They were awesome working with our schedules doing all the paperwork before we got to the facility. They also worked our budgeting in the price of the truck.

They knew I was coming 6 hours in advance (I had an appointment) as well as the vehicle I was coming to test drive/possibly purchase. I did the test drive and loved the vehicle and terms only to sit there for 90 minutes waiting for the inspection they knew it needed to have and wouldn’t even start my paperwork while I waited. Second gripe is the fact they made me download apps and fill out a review before I even finished the process. My Progressive insurance cards weren’t enough they wanted to see all of the documentation on my policy that they couldn’t locate online. Michael should have just called Progressive and had them fax the documentation he required. My adult son who was checking the engine for leaks/worn belts etc said Michael was rude to him when he came out to get the vehicle for inspection in a hurry. In summary they get you there quick then keep you there for 3-4 hours because they are unorganized and/or understaffed. There was another employee behind the desk, Nikki, not sure what her job is but she didn’t help with my purchase or the other customers there which would have sped up the process. The interior of my Equinox was very clean but they couldn’t be bothered to wash the exterior and have it presentable for purchase, nor do they send you off with a full tank of gas. It could be a great place with the right management but it lacks in service right now. Just my experience.
