Besides the fact that there was an hour wait even though I made an appointment, I must say that the prices are reasonable and the outcome was lovely. I will be back.

First of all, the customer service was awful! No greeting/hello when you walk in (That was my 1st sign I should have left). The young lady overcharged for service and did an awful job on my daughter's hair. She tried to charge me $100 (price clearly states $40) for a blow out on a 9-year-old with hair that didn't even touch her shoulders! Worst of all she didn't even style it!! It also was weighed down with oil. Worst experience ever!Service: Blowouts

If you want a silk press done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, COME HERE!!!!We were a last minute walk in for my daughter's 8th grade prom. I was so nervous bc the beauty shop were at before didn't seem qualified to complete the job, but when I picked up my daughter, I was overjoyed and relieved. We've found our new Dominican ?? shop❗️

Just don’t go, especially if you’re black with natural 4c hair. The lady that started in my hair complained in Spanish about having to comb it out. Then she tried to roller set my think natural hair because it was “going to take to long to blow out”. Someone else took over and it looked good when I left but she charged me double ($80) because “it depends on length”…for reference, my hair is just past my shoulders. It lasted a few hours and smelled like fried unhealthy hair. NEVER AGAIN.
