This place doesn’t close till 10 went to get one thing me and my daughter and husband I just had hand surgery needed coffee creamer 1 minute thing and they locked the door 15 minutes till close and refused him and my daughter had to rush to food loin and thank goodness they don’t close till 10:00 on the dot I understand that people work all day and they’re ready to go home but if you don’t close at a certain time, you shouldn’t lock your doors until that time I work two jobs and we don’t shut our doors until it is time to close. This place is so disappointing and the workers in it and especially the store manager I wouldn’t go if I was anyone

Was an hour from home went into the store because I had a female emergency and was denied access the the bathroom. She said the district manager said they were not allowed to let ppl use the bathroom. This is not okay!
Store is a complete mess. Nothing is recovered ada is not in compliance at this store. And the store manager was not concerned with products not being in stock. This store has done a 360 in 6 months. Sad

Find what you can with the low in stock. Even if you spend an hour looking to find some things that "will do" because they don't have what you need don't expect to be able to go the the bathroom. ?? The Restroom is for EMPLOYEES ONLY!!! You can do better than that Dollar General!!!!!!!!

WORSE STORE IN GASTONIA!. Inside and out is filthy. Shelves are bare,, even when compaired to any of the D.G's in the area. Not many prices are correct. Big surprise when you get to the register..

This location has a lot of room for improvement. I say this because I've been throughout North Carolina and passed through a lot of Dollar General's in my travels; this one by far is in the worst condition I've seen a Dollar General. Boxes are inside of the refrigerator, a decent amount of shelves are under stocked and in complete disarray . The outside trashcan was full and the ciagrette ash tray looks like it hasn't been tended to in quite some time. There was a box of candy in plain sight near the register that posed as a potential trip hazard and neither of the employees seemed to notice or care, they were both behind the counter casually chatting with so many things that could have been getting done. Based off of what I witnessed today, I would not return in my spare time, or recommend this location to friends and family.

Good place to find many of the necessary items that you may need. The only bad thing about this location, the self checkout is always messing up.
