Unfriendly atmosphere, poor quality, and unprofessional

They do a coworker ,I work, with hair and I absolutely love it. So I got the number from her. I called and told her I wanted a blowout and my hair dyed a red/orange color. She was like what exactly do you want. I told her again and I even said if I’m being too complicated then I’ll switch it up. I really didn’t want to make anyone job hard. She said “I can do it, I need to know exactly what you want. You need to send me a pic of what you want.” So I told her I would like a blowout and my hair dyed with the color all over my head. She literally said “I’m not doing that” and hung up on me. She lost a up coming customer. I love her work but she was very rude. She couldn’t even say why she couldn’t do it or try to change it up to something simpler. I went to the next hairdresser and he did exactly what I wanted with no problem. Idk why she didn’t want to do my hair but that was very unprofessional.
