They never answer their phone even when pharmacies and doctors call. They close their drive-through window for their own convenience. I needed some lifesaving medicine, and they didn’t call me to say it was transferred to a specialty pharmacy. And then I wasn’t told that it was denied. I had an order of prednisone that was urgently needed, and it took over a day to fill an easy prescription. Just BAD customer service!

Extremely pleasant visit. The manager, Melissa, was very courteous and knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me in the photo area, multitasking along the way.

I went by to pick up my medications and the pharmacy staff was rude and irritated at me for their computer not working right. When I was trying to tell them what it did on my end I was abruptly told to just sign it.

Horrible customer service. Staff always seems to stressed-out. I’ve been coming here for years due to convenient location. But always leave committing to never returning.
How this large chain allows this failing management to remein is mind boggling to a business savvy person. I challenge corporate to mystery shop this location.

3658 new hope road closed early AGAIN!!! they text saying it was ready, I've been waiting two days, I drove up and they are closed early again. So mad right now

They always get my prescriptions in at a timely manner and offer great service! Not much else to say other than quick friendly service and able to be in and out within 15 minutes given if there's a line.

Went to CVS on New Hope rd in Gastonia, the pharmacy there is very popular. I had a question about an over the counter medicine. The pharmacist took time to assist me. The phones were ringing, you could tell they were very busy, but that didn’t stop the pharmacist being so kind and helping me.

It’s 9:25 on January 29, 2024, and I just hung up with the pharmacy tech at this location. HER NAME IS ALEXIS. After being told to call this location bc they have my prescription in stock, she told me that she is refusing to give me the prescription because she has “other patients of hers that need it.” This has to be illegal or against some type of ethics code. A pharmacist tech refusing to give me my prescription bc I’m not one of her “original patients” is insane. Sorry I do my work of calling around to see what CVS has my medicine available since it’s so hard to find. This is why everyone shouldn’t work in medical fields.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional, just called to ask for an inventory check and the lady did not even bother to actually check (another CVS told me they have plenty in stock). Will be filing a formal complaint.
