April (cashier) didn’t even bother assisting me with the product I picked out being ON SALE, she scans it and tells me it’s just $9.99. AS IM TELLING HER IT IS 50% OFF. She just stares at me saying “well that’s just the price it tells me on here (the remote).” I’ve been a loyal customer getting this specific eyebrow pencil every time it’s usually $13-14 after tax. There is a sticker saying 50% off, she doesn’t even try to help price correct the damn thing. Don’t waste your money here. She could use some of customer service training, didn’t bother apologizing for the error, didn’t even try to help.

Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from the pharmacy staff here. My doctors office had no power therefore had to write me a paper script. I came to this pharmacy and dropped off the paper script with the pharmacist telling me it would be an hour. Came back an hour later and the pharmacy is now closed due to "system issues". I now have no way of receiving my medicine as the store will not give me back my paper script as the store is currently closed with employees inside. A simple phone call to me to tell me to come get my script so I can take it somewhere else is all that was needed. Clearly the employees here could care less about doing something a little extra for a sick customer.

Never never answer the phone. I end up having to drive to the location to check on my prescription and most the time they try to tell me they don’t have it in stock, but then it says it was filled online. Don’t go to this CVS unless you like headaches and horrible customer service.

Today I had the best experience shopping that I've had anywhere in a really long time. Holly took care of me like I was her valued friend. You don't find many people like Holly anymore, that take the extra step of going above and beyond for customers!! In my opinion she is definitely up for a review and a raise!

They never answer the phone and I have waited on medicine for over four days . The whole bunch in the pharmacy is new and they are very nude. And some of my medicines didn’t count out right but they said I was wrong. People stay away from this cvs I no I have change mine.

Felt like I was a victim of racism. I came in to pick up my prescription and as I get to the register a young lady asks for my insurance card. I gave it to her and she immediately responds that I cannot use that card. This is the card that my Wife and I have always used. She then proceeds to snatch my prescription back away as if I were not worthy after that. I had the prescription transferred to Walmart immediately after I left and there were zero issues when I went and picked it up. They told me at Walmart the insurance card that I used was valid and very familiar amongst there staff. It was Blue Cross Blue Shield. I feel like the pharmaceutical rep at CVS turned me away out of internal hate and I am not going to let this slide.

Multiple times I had medication's from blood pressure medicine to anti-swelling for my knee replacement. Always having it for multiple days complaining they don't have enough staff and couldn't get around to filling the prescription. I would go anywhere else other than this pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy a zero or negative number if I could. As other reviews state, they are terribly slow in pretty much everything and their only excuse is that they are shorthanded (with the same amount of staff most other pharmacies have). Expect 15+ minute pick ups for meds in store, forget the drive through, and don't even bother calling because you will be on hold indefinitely.
