Not sure why they need to close for lunch?! Plenty of staff to hand me my prescription and take my money. If I have questions for the pharmacist I can call back later. Good grief this pharmacy is directly across from the hospital. Maybe they need a new manager!

Do not use this pharmacy, they have terrible customer service, inefficient and unprofessional. The pharmacy staff has a very bad attitude. I heard that several people have the same problem. I don't understand how that place is still open

I was at this store on Thursday March 21st. The lady ahead of me forgot to give the cashier her coupons and he refused to redo her order. He argued with her and said, I could, but I'm not going to. The lady was about to cry. He was so mean. I told him that he should have fixed things for her. He said well, she had already paid. I could have, but I didn't want to. Then he looked at me and said, so what do you want me to do? Ring your things up? My vitamins were sitting in front of him. I thought, why else am I standing here? Then I said actually no I don't. I put my vitamins up and left. He was horrible. Big kid with a very bad attitude. I won't be back to this store. The people at the CVS on Hudson are always nice. I usually go to the one in Clover anyway.

just came in to get prescriptions. The doc behind the counter was very helpful. Explained what the mess were for and answerd any concerns I had. And this was at 1am.

Bad attitude which mad me soooo upset I tried to hold my composure but asking me to come inside after I always give my card through the drive through and the bald head black lady with blond hair SUCKS!!!!!! Decided to take the other people card in the window when I asked her how come I couldn’t do the same her answer was she didn’t want me to hold the line up!!!!!! What????

Pharmacy experience is terrible. The staff is rude, won’t address questions pertaining to their terrible customer service. Sadly this is the closest CVS location to my house or I’d go somewhere else. If you can help it, don’t come here

I'm only giving the CVS location 5 stars because of the sweet lady manager "Melody" who's always very helpful and goes above and beyond solving any in-store or online order issues.The front check-out associates are friendly as well.As far as the pharmacy,I don't get any prescriptions filled but I can see why they get such bad reviews..They very rudely hangup when the call was transferred to them instead of the front store,they could have at least transferred the call but instead of saying a word after the mishap, they simply hung up, PRETTY DAMN RUDE!!

This is the rudest CVS location I've ever been to and that is saying a lot. There is one maybe 2 people in the pharmacy that don't treat you like they hate their job and you are an idiot. Maybe it's because they are so close to the hospital or something. I don't know. My company uses CVS Caremark for prescriptions but after the past few months I'm going to switch pharmacies.

Prescription was called in 9/20. Went there twice and was told they were working on it. Go back today 9/21 @ 11:30am and was advised it was being filled to come back in 30 minutes. Go back @ 1pm, it's still not ready. Was advised to come back in an hour. Go back at 3:30, still not ready so instead of wasting another trip, we call. They said it still wasn't ready, I was placed on hold while she checked with the pharmacist in how much longer. I've been holding for over an hour. The whole pharmacist team needs to be replaced.
