This and Walmart hire incompetent people to work in their pharmacies. Please make sure to verify you have been given the correct medication (qty, name, strength, etc). I use to come here several years ago and found the staff competent. But what I should have done this time was to pay closer attention to the reviews, 3.2 this is not acceptable for the people we depend on to fill our prescriptions. Their are to many other pharmacies out there, do your research and move your prescriptions.

I like this store. I got my most recent COVID vaccination here. Quick and painless. I had made an appointment online. The people are nice. My only complaint is that the parking lot and grounds are always a mess. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere. They need a landscaper. They really need to stop letting people smoke outside the front. It's gross. I only came because they had the brand vaccine I wanted. I usually go to CVS in Clover. It's clean outside. They could use a landscaper too though.

Until they get rid of that garbage new automated phone attendant and return to the one that worked flawlessly and was super quick and easy to use for a decade or more, all CVS locations get a 0-star rating from me. This location has been my preferred location for more than 10 years however the last couple of years the morale has gone down! Customer service is truly non-existent! They are rude, and unwilling to help customers depending on the day! Today I called in to get some information about a prescription refill, I was told by Amanda I believe that is her name that she could not give me that information, even looking up my name and date of birth, after trying to understand why I was unable to get this information she rudely hung up on me and put me back through the system! I called again and spoke with someone else and they were also unable to help me! It is so unfortunate that customers are unable to get the answers they need in regards to their prescriptions.

The pharmacy employees at the store are a nightmare. I've never seen the actual pharmacist back there, but the hourly staff in this particular pharmacy location, really should not be dealing with customers.

People in the pharmacy need to listen to the questions people are asking before they answer. I asked if they had my child's medication in stock and was told yes, to have the doctor send it in. Then 2 days later, I CALLED THEM, to be told they do not have it and that it is on backorder (DUH) which is why i called 2 days before asking if they had it due to his normal one not having it.

Horrible slow, inconsistent lunch breaks as I return every 90 days for prescriptions. Constantly nagging you at 80 days to refill, so you can over stock and will punish you if you come in at 90 days with several hours waits. Making getting prescriptions in one visit untenable. Go anywhere else

The pharmacy is terrible. I waited in the line for 25 minutes for 1 prescription only to get to the window and have it closed in my face. I told the 2 pharmacy technicians I arrived well before their lunch break time and had been waiting a long time. There was only 2 people in front of me and no one else behind me. It would have taken them 1-2 more minutes of their time to check me out as I already had confirmation it was ready and the price. They continued to close the window, and said I could come back later. I have had numerous issues with this particular pharmacy: prescriptions cancelled with no phone call or explanation as to why, prescriptions transferred without my knowledge to another location and again did not call to say they did so, improperly filing/running insurance, filling wrong quantities(month/3month supplies), prescriptions taking lengthy amounts of time to fill, rude customer service, and more. I have given chance after chance, but after today will not go back.

I was able to quickly find what I needed and checked out with no wait and the coupons helped me save!! I will continue to recommend CVS to my friends and family!!

Do not use this Pharmacy!!! I just had emergency surgery last night and I still don’t have my pain medication. The surgeon and my insurance submitted the authorizations twice and the pharmacy staff still has gotten it incorrect. The staff placed blame and my dr’s office as well as my insurance. I called my insurance back and was told CVS was submitting the pain medication in on 1 day with a max of 10. What moron requests 10 oxycodones for 1 day. I called back to inform the pharmacist is submitting the RX incorrectly and it needed to be changed to a max of 5 days with a total of 10 pills. When I was telling them their request was incorrectly done she hung up on me. The pharmacist, Paris, and staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional!!
I can truly understand why they have such a low rating. I am truly surprised this pharmacy is still open based on how it is managed.

Take my advice, and go ANYWHERE else! A woman named “Paris Friday” is a pathetic excuse for a pharmacist!!! This woman is dangerous, she is on some sort of power trip, denying medicine due to her own personal beliefs! She even had the audacity to claim she is smarter than my physician!! Not only did she say that, she has zero customer service, and is terribly rude, on the phone and in person! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, so you can safely fill your medication without the input of this dangerous narcissist, and experience some professionalism!

Very dissatisfied with their pharmacy. They are terribly slow and make errors. This is now the second time they have gotten my medication wrong by giving me the incorrect amount of medicine. The first time I asked for it to be corrected I heard a girl in the back say “I didn’t know”. So instead of asking for help because you “didn’t know”, you fill someone’s medication wrong. The second time I was shorted again and was still given the wrong amount after the woman at the drive-thru opened the box yet still gave me the wrong amount even after seeing it was incorrect a second time. Totally unacceptable and will be switching immediately. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area. Don’t go here!

Stop at this location to pick Tylenol for my wife. Go to the shelf not knowing that it’s locked up. Go to the front to get someone to unlock it so I can purchase only to be ignored like I’m not standing there. I get the TWO people that’s at the register attention ONLY to be told I’ll be helped after the mess around with “Broke self check out register.” I think a paying customer standing in front of you should be priority over a broke register. Atleast that’s how I treat my paying customers at my business. Want be stopping at this location for awhile and that’s sad seeing as I’m literally 3 minutes from this CVS.
