Would not ever recommend buying a car from these con artists she has this scam rehearse very well and makes it very believable but in fact she wanted us to lie to the finance company not to help us just so she could skiing money off the top then when we decided we didn't want to buy a car from her it took her four days to give us our down payment back which we gave her cash but she wrote usa check knowing that they would not cash it for us she will sell u a car no prob as long as she can scam a thousand off the topshe even went as far as trying to make the signature on the recit look different than hers she is a pos for sure buy from her and u will see

Cutiva Cars is the best dealer to buy a vehicle from. Lucy is so awesome and great to work with made me feel right at home. I purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot from her and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had been searching for almost 2 years for a good replacement for my truck that got totalled and with Lucy's help I finally got a GREAT one. I will highly recommend Cutiva Cars to everyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you Lucy so much for all your help and taking care of me.

Lady at dealership was extremely dismissive. She didn't acknowledge us as we looked around. We inquired about a Ram PickUp on the lot, she indicated the truck was sold and went into the bldg. She never asked if we were looking for anything or any other questions. Sucks because we were excited to purchase a car today..

Customer service is not the issue here the issue is selling a car knowing it had a problem before you sold it. I went and purchased a Jeep Compass before i purchased it i looked at it and test drove; when i test drove the car a low oil signal popped up which i did point out where i was met with reassurance it would be fixed. They took the car to have an oil change but it still read low oil and when I asked why i was told that “the guy didn’t reset the code” which was not true at all the car was reading low oil because it was low oil!!! There is a hole in the valve and the front part of the engine is leaking oil. So now I am out $5200 and have to find a new car asap. So absolutely disappointing.

I purchased a vehicle at a fair price and then when it came to the financing, I was told that there was a $700 lender fee with the finance company and then after I speak with my finance company and ask them about a $700 lender fee they said that does not exist with them. REPLY: nope I was charged a 700 dollar “lender fee” and have my paperwork and a witness that was with me. Will definitely not recommend to anyone else!!

Normally I do not write reviews, but this was the best dealership I have worked with. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle with Lucy. She goes beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. I highly recommend this dealership. My new car works great and I was able to purchase it at a really good price.

I wouldn't buy anything from these people, we bought a truck and 2 days later motor locked down. They wouldn't make it right and now we're out over $7,000.00.

Lucy at Cutiva cars is really amazing to deal with. I bought a 2012 Tundra that has a salvaged title and I live in Columbia, SC. So when I noticed a grinding and pulling on the front end of my truck after a week of having it home, I messaged Lucy and explained what was happening she was willing to meet me halfway to take my truck and have it looked at. After about a week she had paid over $1200 to fix the problem along with a list of minor issues to make my truck as advertised. It was worth the drive, time and experience to purchase my new truck. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a used vehicle to talk with Lucy and her associates. They stand behind their word and their vehicles.
