I'm glad I got my phone and service with Cricket Wireless they got the best coverage in the best phones they are so amazing I would refer anybody to go get a phone in a plan through them they really take care of you when you need them.

I really like coming here. The manager Jerry is really friendly and helped me every time I had phone issues. I just bought a new phone and without asking he just told me sit down I have this. He transferred everything over my new phone and sat down with me just show me how my new phone works.. I will recommend this Cricket store to all my friends and anybody that is looking for great Customer service and a family friendly environment. Thank you again Jerry, keep up the great job!!!!

This Crickey store is Amazing!!! Very professional and friendly!! I just switched from another carrier to Cricket and the Manager Jerry was very helpful and kind.. He switched all of my stuff over without me even asking him. I will recommend anybody that wants a great experience to come here!! Hands down the best store I been in. I bought a phone in the store that is on Franklin Street, I had 7 days to return it, the cell phone did not work properly, I decided to return it two days after purchase, the service person was in the store and told me not to give me a new one telephone. I decided to call this store which is on union Rd and they were nice, they contacted the store located in franklin and I was able to get my money back. Thank you Henry for your help and kindly serving customers.
