10/04/24: Just tried calling for a rate and she hung up on me as I was inquiring for a long term storage unit for our band music. They do not even deserve 1 star.

No one is ever in the office it says open but the office isn't

No one EVER answers the phone here and no one is EVER on site! Today I went by to get in my unit and the touch pad to get into the gate has malfunctioned and of course no one answers the phone but yet I’m paying $90 a month. Time to take business elsewhere!!!
