I dropped my son’s iPad off around 3pm on Monday. It had a shattered screen and he’d also picked pieces out of the cracks to create a large hole in the screen. They had it completely fixed by 10am Tuesday. Highly recommend!

I missed my original appointment. So I showed up a day later with no appointment and no problem! In and out in less than a half hour! Totally worth the drive from Concord!!!

Used this location a couple of times. Had a small piece of charger break off. Charged me to remove. Literally took 3 sec. Another location didn’t charge me anything. Bought a screen protector with a warranty at another one of their locations when I was out of town. Told me to just save the receipt to replace. Went today to replace and I was told I had to have the screen. The other location didn’t tell me that, only to save my receipt. Definitely will not use this location again.
