Went to Conns for upright freezer. Had great sale and the best customer service . That I even had no pressure to buy plenty of time for myself and my wife to look around by ourselves. Ended up with upright freezer and new front load washer and dryer everything was on sale Great Savings . Will go back and would recommend to buy from here.. Thank You.

Can I put a 0 star review? BIGGEST GROUP OF LIARS AND CHEATS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I paid $3700 for amazing couches. We have pets so I paid the extra for the "everything is covered" warranty. A cat urinated on the couches, but "that's not covered" because he did it more than once.

Conns showed there true colors when they had three accounts open on three pieces of furniture, tried for 8 months to get all the accounts in to one payment or at least same day They kept coming up with excuses why they couldn’t do what was asked of them. Very nasty customer service

I went in for a riding lawnmower but they didn't carry them. I found a deal on a washer and got it. Jacob was the salesman he was very nice to deal with. He saved me 60 dollars a month. I was renting to own one . My payments are soo much lower it made my day. I will be back . Thank you.
