Absolutely Miserable experience. Was driving from a ways out to buy the car, had a ton of communication with them about this since they were closed Sunday. Monday 45 min before I'm there they start pressuring me to put $1000 non refundable deposit down basically telling me I'm gambling driving there if I don't. Car has dents that weren't disclosed even though I made sure to ask and they lied. And to make matters worse it's been 2 months and they screwed up my paperwork and I have not received a tag, temp tag is expired can't drive the car and they are saying I still have to wait another 2 weeks. I waited far to long to write this review. DO NOT SHOP at VOLKSWAGEN OF GASTONIA

I came into the dealership to visit a friend and ended up buying a 2023 Corvette from Cynthia Rangel! she can sell pork to a vegetarian! I had a great experience and got a great deal!

My wife purchased a used car here on July 2023. If I could gave this place a zero, I wouldn’t gave them a one star. It has been five months, they couldn’t apply registration for this car, after investigation, I found out they sold this car without went through the proper procedures, the lender of the previous owner could not release the title. What a scam? It is not our problem, but now my wife charged driving without registration, we have been to there four times and they continue to cheat me and ignore the law.

Nothing short of amazing customer service with Samira. She was very personable, great personality and she even has a sense of humor which is always good and made the process fun! She made it a priority to make sure i was actually satisfied with my purchase and threw in some perks (: lunch was even provided!!!!!! Make sure to ask for Samira when you go, you will NOT be dissappointed!

He made the entire process enjoyable and I would recommend any friend or family member to him and to Classic Volkswagen Gastonia. Drove two hours to pick up a car that they promised me on the phone I could buy. When I arrived it turns out they had sold it to somebody else out from under me.Be wary of this business. They do not honor their handshake agreements with anyone. They will sell something that they have promised to someone else and they have no problem smiling at you while they are breaking that promise.This business has been reported to the better Business bureau and the state of North Carolina.Avoid doing business here if possible.

The team her is amazing! Chad B. is a great salesman who doesn't pressure you to buy a car and listens to what you are actually looking for. The general manager Jonathan is the best guy ever. He made the impossible possible and made me so happy! He can make amy deal happen! Mo got me a good offer for both my cars that I traded in. Chris the finance manager got me a great interest rate and payments that I can afford. I never felt pressured to buy anything. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable, like I was hanging out with friends instead of buying a car. I definitely recommend this dealership to anybody but especially women because they don't try to take advantage of you or treat you like you don't know what you're talking about.

Our experience with Classic VW was a very great experience. It started off a little rocky, but thanks to Muhammad and Cynthia they made sure to provide top tier customer service to fix the miscommunication that happened prior to my arrival. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. I was able to get the car I desired with confidence. Anthony (finance manager) was very personable as well and made this purchase even sweeter.
