If I could rate Chase Auto 0 stars I would. This company is a complete scam. They will take out two payments when you only authorized for one not refund you your payment. This company is not ethical and does not resolve any problems. Choose a credit union or any company but Chase.

chase auto i was gonna contact this agent but there is no contact email or anything, it goes to jo morgan chase company, the website needs to be udated for people who are retired and on fixed income to be notified on their website that their income is not sufficient and not acceptable. they only accept employed people only,, the website needs to be updated to show income questionnaire to answer what income they have, and site also shows income accepted and income not accepted,

Rick is a very charming but LOUSY car sales man, he won't go out to show you the cars and his automatic price range drops between $3995+ with payments being $120 every two weeks and a giant down payment! I would NOT reccomend this lot to anyone! I test drove one and it was so bad that the steering wheel would click when I would turn it! STAY AWAY!!!!
