Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That's what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.

Their way of scheduling makes it easy to plan for. Just drop your pup off and come back that afternoon. Full service grooming too. Not just a quick cut. They get all of the details too as well as a bath which included the best smelling shampoo

Yesterday was my first time going to Bow Wow Boutique and I was so impressed! First, they cut my dog’s hair so nicely. He was looking so handsome after his appointment. Second, I didn’t feel like I broke the bank after I paid. The prices are very reasonable! And third, everyone that I talked to was so friendly. I will definitely keep coming to Bow Wow Boutique! Thank you!

We brought our little GoldenDoodle "Ilaria" to have her nails trimmed. She has separation anxiety and was quite nervous. Taylor and Taylor calmed her and treated her with kindness. We waited outside and 10 minutes later she came out tail wagging and her nails trimmed and smoothed to perfection. Thank you Bow Wow Boutique for taking such tender sweet and Professional care of our little girl.

My dog, Hudson, has a thick undercoat. I take her there to have the de-shedding treatment. They do a wonderful job on her and listen to me. She always seems happy when I come to pick her up! Also, their prices are very reasonable.

My dogs are nervous wrecks when they get there but when I pick them up they are so happy and they smell sooooooo good. They are really like after while they are there. 10 out of 10

Thank you Bow Wow Boutique for treating Blade like a Prince! He at first was hesitant to go into the boutique and then he instantly made friends with the lovely ladies who work inside. As a puppy he spent the day getting to know the salon and everything he was going to be doing while he visits! He came out looking sharp and they did everything we wanted for his grooming!100% recommend this place if you are local and have a pet! They took him in like he was their own and made him feel right at home & because it’s valentines weekend he came home a ladies man!!! :) can’t wait to go back!

Bow Wow Boutique is reputably known for performing quality work, demonstrating professionalism, offering competitive prices, and treating customers as “friends and family”.Shannon G – your heartburn over not being catered to because the business owner did not open their doors at 7:30 am (like the sign says on the front of the entrance)… Would you act in this demeaning behavior at your doctor’s, your child’s school or a franchise restaurant? Slam the door intentionally because they aren’t opening their business earlier than stated on the “business hours” sign to cater to your impatient behavior?So you now will intentionally cause property damage because you didn’t get your way?If you are standing in the cold, why didn’t you get back in your vehicle and wait one more minute? Standing in the cold was your choice.A “woman rudely screaming” – if she wasn’t upfront, then raising the voice for her to hear you would be common sense.Your logic for rating professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness does not seem validated, since your complaints are actions that you performed prior to the business opening. You ma’am, do not show respect for local business owners.SHAME. ON. YOU!

I took my Yorkie baby here today 4/22/2021 and they did a wonderful job!!! The ladies there were so sweet to my fur baby!!! I will be using them from now on!! And they are affordable!!

I made a 7:30 drop off appointment for dog grooming. I arrived at 7:27 and knocked, no answer. I called and left a message, no answer. At 7:29, I twisted the door handle and it opened a bit and I asked is anyone there? A woman rudely screamed at me "We open at 7:30!" She did not even come over to the door. Really? She just let me stand there in the cold all that time? I slammed the door closed and left. Honestly, if you can be that disrespectful and mean to me...how are you going to treat my dog?...just saying....Do NOT go there...!
