I walked into boost Mobile around 6-630pm and noticed the employee was asleep in the back room. I had to knock and say excuse me. He finally woke up. He was disoriented when I asked for help. I went somewhere else.

Went in yesterday to get my service switched from straight talk. Had issues from straight talk and was giving the boost employee the run around. I went into to the same boost store today to try again and another boost employee assisted me today. His name is Angel and this man went above and beyond to assist me with my service transfer. He figured out what no one else could. If you come to this store, make sure Angel is there. He’s got you!!

Great customer service. All my questions were answered, the guy Angel was extremely helpful and tended to ALL my issues to the best of his ability and when there was something he couldn’t do for me, he didn’t leave me hanging, he found another outlet for me to resolve my issue. 10/10 would def recommend going to this location again and I would definitely request Angels help as well.

Went into the Franklin Square location to get a Samsung A11 advertised as $109 on their site with special $15 unlimited talk and text plan with 2gb data. It's for my daughter's first phone so we did our homework on preferred phone and they seemed like the best deal. Simple, right? Apparently not.First off, they told me if I was paying upfront for the phone instead of monthly installments that I'd have to pay full MSRP, which was about $50-$60 more. I agreed to pay it, but it seems a little shady not to specify that on the website. I guess if they can't rope you in for interest, it's not worth it for them. Also, The lady in the store was super nice but spent over 3/4 of her time on the phone with her manager having no clue what she was doing. There were no other employees in the store.Next, they made me pay before they opened the phone and activated it. I went ahead and paid but the phone, activation fee, and the sim that connects it to the network wouldn't sync. After over an hour, and the lady just resetting it about 10x, it wasn't working. She called her manager and asked if she could try another phone and he said no, that I had to bring my phone to him at another location. Finally, I take my new, but completely useless phone, to a location off New Hope to see Moe, the manager. He's there at the counter, he is also the only person in this store, and his mask isn't even up over his nose. He does the same thing she did. I see him restart the phone over and over. After about 45 minutes, he finally decides to try a new phone. 45 minutes later, I'm in the same boat as it did the same thing. I didn't see him once try a new sim card, which seems like the obvious thing to try when 2 new phones out of the box don't read a card. I'd have loved to have asked him about this, but since the store staff was limited to just him, he was helping every person in the store between restarting my phone over and over and had the lady at the other location on speaker phone over 3/4 of the time I was there because she obviously still had no idea what she was doing, I couldn't get a word in between customers and his constant long distance guidance. So, he tells me to leave the phone and come back the next day to get the phone so he has time to fix it. He takes down my number and I leave. It's almost 5pm, I'd dealt with them over 3 hours, so I thought this was the best idea. The next day comes, after they'd been open for more than an hour. I call to see where my phone is and when they approximate it will be ready. No answer. I remembered the day before where he sent several calls incoming to the store to voicemail. I leave a message. It says I'll get a call back within 3 hours. 3 hours passes, no call. Then 5 hours. Finally, I send my husband out to the New Hope location. The store is pretty empty. My husband asks him about the phone, and why if they weren't busy I hadn't got a call back and he simply states that he has no idea what's wrong with the phone. He offers no explanation as to how he is going to fix it, how long it's going to be, what the next step is, etc. Keep in mind that I've never been able to use this phone they made me pay in advance for and I'm already paying for service. My husband asks for my money back, and they finally agree but don't return $25 of it. Husband did convince them to write on the receipt that I'd get a free phone case when I came back again, but I won't be returning.Very poor service. I'll never be back. We just paid the extra money to add her to our AT&T plan. The savings isn't worth the incompetence or hassle.

I would like to give it half a star but that's not possible....the worker at the store did not know his product nor how to do a boost up for an upgrade. He did not listen to what we were trying to tell him. Overall a bad experience. We will try a different boost store.
