Boost is absolute garbage. It takes hours for texts to come through. Their solution is to follow a list of generic troubleshooting steps that do nothing. Ending my service after 4 years.

I bought a phone from this boost. Location came back 4 days in a row.
1 Due to a technical problem. Unfortunately, every time I went to the store. The problem wasn't happening.
They were very unprofessional, very rude.
And did not want to help me at all They have 2 locations. The one location sent me to the second location. Told me I would have a new phone ready. And the boss was waiting for me when I got there. The boss was not there. I waited 2 hours he came in. Him and the woman laughed about it like a wizard. Joke. That was my fluff time back the told me to keep my phone with him. While they gave me a Bono phone so he can inspect my phone He said he would not be in The next day but he would tell his Associate everything when I come in Just now, I want to go pick my phone back app to see what was going on. And the associate has no clue what I'm speaking about. So the boss never even told him. I would definitely not use the boost at this location or his Other boost location. They are very prejudice Against new yorkers.
They literally left in my face while nothing got done. Meanwhile I had a receipt and everything I would not use this boost location

I had a very pleasant experience at this Boost location (which I can't say for all other locations.) "Mo" was most helpful, patient, and kind and I REALLY appreciate it. It's hard to find good customer service any more...

The staff at this store were amazing on yesterday. I had a service issue with my device. The managers were very patient and kind towards me. They worked so that’s to get the problem resolved. Even after the store closed at 6 the lady and man were still working to solve the service issue. Thanks so much for all you do to the lady and man who worked yesterday 4/16. I hope this helps you all get raises! God bless!

If you have a thight budget this is the place to go, they will do the best they can to get youba working phone.Also if you have any issues with your current phone they would atleast do the best they can to fix it. 10/10 would recommend

My husband Rico and I came in to receive the hot spot internet service. Chewy was so helpful. He really know how to multitask. While he was helping my husband another customer came in and he helped that customer and continued helping my husband. Chewy is the person to go see if you want Excellent customer service. I know im not spelling his name right and I apologize. Just know Chewy is the best Boost Mobile representative. My husband say Chewy is the man to go see if you want good customer service.
