I went to books a million on 5/29 and we were talked into getting a membership. We were told there was a membership special and that we would only be charged $13 but we were actually charged $25. The associate also input our address incorrectly, so we never got the magazines from the subscription we were overcharged for and the associate entered my boyfriend’s phone number in wrong, so all of our info is incorrect and we never got our magazines and we were also overcharged $12 for our membership by the associate named “Mortis”. We are going to dispute the charge with the bank since no one in customer support was able to help us and told us we would have to drive over an hour to go back to the store. No wonder Amazon is going to make places like these go out of business soon.

Great place with awesome selection. Found some stuff to be twice as expensive as other places, but for the most part prices we're good. Absolutely love the christian selection

This location was clean and big and had a great selection. The only issue is with all locations. Do something with the Lego books! Put them behind a counter or have them in the back where customers have to request a copy of a book and hold im front until they are done browsing and want to purchase. Every single Books a million locations we have been to, is missing the mini figures in every single Lego book. My husband is a huge fan of Lego, and he always hopes that he will find a book with the mini fig that hasn't been stolen.
