I got a washer from them they said if anything happens they will fix it and give me a loaner until mine is fixed but they lied to me they said it was the water presser but it not the belt broke it going to cost me 250.00 to get it fix I think it should come off my account if I pay to get it fixed

They need to shut this place down. They lied to me Then Punish me for the lie,Try to give me an Xbox yesterday that had all kinds of look what look like eggs or something Dust bunnies and all kinds of stuff then refuse to give me the better looking one, That was sitting right next to it. ?? Let me work there.I'll show you how customer service actually should probably brings sales up.

If a negative star was an option they would definitely recieve it! I was a 1st time customer came in looking for a new Xbox. They called me the next day claiming to have one that was only used for 19 days!! Went to pick it up & it was FILTHY! Dust falling out of it, a ball of dust you could see rolling around inside of it and bc they tried to pull one over on a FEMALE the managers response is I'll just refund you your money back! BACK BUSINESS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This store is nothing short of a bunch of con artist and criminals took my money off my credit card and they did so illegally and I have been trying for a month to get a refund and still don't have one...BE WARE OF THIS STORE MAKITU AUTHORIZED CHARGES ON YOUR CARDS!!

Went to the store yesterday and picked out the bed I wanted the sales person Stephanie was concern about leaving early than working on getting my order taking care of. All references was called today instead of yesterday day. She lied and said my landlord did not pick up the phone. Management at my complex is open from 9 to 5pm. Called today and she said the bed will be to me by this afternoon. Afternoon came and went with no bed or phone call. I called the store and told them to cancel my order. Customer should not be treated the way they treated me. I also put in a call to Chris who is the district manager. Let see if he give me a call back. This is very unacceptable behavior from a sales person.

I was renting a washing machine from them that stopped working. They brought a replacement when I wasn’t home, I go to look in the washing machine and there’s roaches crawling and dead roaches. They was supposed to pick it up today but of course they didn’t. Why wouldn’t they check to make sure it was clean?? What type of place rents roach infested appliances to people??

I was talked into making payments to help my credit with this place, even though I had the cash to pay upfront, and they left out the part of how much interest they were charging. Told me that it was payments for three months, but failed to tell me it would carry over 9 more months because payments of 28 a week for three months doesn’t cover the interest of them charging me double what I would have paid out of pocket for with cash . I was two days late on a payment and they sent out someone to my house at 6pm demanding a payment and charged me 15 dollars on my next bill for them having to come out . Now that I am almost done paying on these couches they are doing everything that can to get every penny out of me that they can and send messages threatening me and saying we need to schedule for them to come pick them back up after being TWO DAYS LATE!!! seems to me they just want their couches back after I’m almost done paying on them so they can sell them to someone else. Do not buy from these people . Go somewhere else ; literally anywhere else . My couch is already squeaking any time I move and I’m only 170 pounds and the only one that sits on it

I love everything about Bestway rentals today helped me and my family at a point in our life when we had just moved from Florida to Gastonia and I am very pleased with my washer and dryer and I am in the process of renting some other valuable items from best way they're very polite and very kind and opened about any and every merchandise they have in the store.

I’m writing a review about Cindy from the best way in Gastonia. My card was stolen and I forgot to let them know my new card information, so Cindy took the time to call me to remind me, so I didn’t get any late fees when she noticed that my card was reported stolen. She is very kind, very helpful, and In my experience willing to do anything for customers.

Bestway has bed bugs everywhere and in everything mattresses are used and stored in the back they never order you a new 1 like they say they put a mattress cover over it and send bed bugs to ur home. I witnessed several customers complain about their cards being charged extra or twice in 1 payment cycle. it's one delivery guy that uses cocaine in people's driveways before he can deliver the furniture. I know it sound outrageous but I saw it with my own eyes.
STOP BUYING FROM BESTWAY!!!!

It's not a good idea to rent from here depending on what your needs are because you will have an issue getting something repaired under warranty and oohhhh it's because they are short staffed or don't care it shouldn't take 2 months to get anything repaired or replaced when you are a loyal customer pay on time never missed a payment ?

It looks like they are going out of business they don't have alot to choose from where as if you are rent I g from them they have to look into another store for you.
