I had a great experience.I had peanut butter/chocolate ice cream. I can not find this in Charlotte.The man who helped me was so professional and helpful. He said they always had peanut butter/chocolate ice cream because so many people liked it.He was outstanding!

Been going there since 2016. Used to be great now they totally think the attitudes of the employees are terrible they're unprofessional and condescending not to mention cannot get an order right clearly management has changed whoever's overseeing the store should be fired along with their horrible staff

I used to go here all the time until they started claiming they didn't have the ingredients for a Cappuccino blast aka Coffee and icecream. Pretty funny considering I ordered a coffee instead and they obviously had icecream. Explain that.

Was there to see 3 young people who were so high on drugs I was surprised they could stand up working. No one was using gloves and all of counters were very dirty.

Always a bad experience here. After giving it a few tries, I’m done. Poor customer service, stale doughnuts and ice cream cones, and freezer burnt ice cream.

Great Ice Cream from Baskin Robins and The Bestest Dunkin Donuts in Gastonia. I give it the Best in NC. Clean as a whistle, Food is cooked to perfection and The manager Tracy and Her Employees are all Nice and Considerate. They are all Above Board. I drive miles to this Dunkin/ Baskins location???????

Went through uber eats to place 4 different orders and separate times, my first order was canceled and the never told me why, the second and third orders they didn't have the things I ordered or had it in part, and the 4th order was COMPLETELY messed up. Even after talking with thr driver and trying to call the location itself to confirm everything in my order. I will never order from here again. It's horrible service!

Girls were nice that worked there. Ice-cream was nasty. Waffle Cone was stale. They had very few flavors...no chocolate or vanilla.

Haven't been to Baskin Robbins in a couple years. It's a bit far from my house and with gas prices...The service has always been lackadaisical . Today I made the trip because I was craving peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. So of course they didn't have it. So I asked them to give me 2 scoops of chocolate anything. Well for $6 I got a bowl with maybe 2 table spoons of ice creams a total wasted trip , wasted gas and a complete rip off. Never again.

I pull up to the speaker to order and there's a note that says it doesn't work pull to the window. I get to the window and they didn't have the flavor ice cream I wanted. They couldn't dip the cone. Didn't have the large waffle cone. Couldn't make the waffle bowl. Will Not revisit that location.

This place was terrible!! Took my boys to get some ice cream and they had like not even 7 basic flavors.. The kid behind the counter said they had been waitng for over a month for the ice cream truck to deliver and 1 freezer was broken. So my younger decided to get a donut and it was stale! ??
