“They did an excellent job fixing the outside of 2 different cars that were damaged by wrecks, but the last wreck I had, the under carriage was still broken and untouched. That was part of the wreck damages. I had to get my stepdad to fix it. Otherwise, I would still recommend them.”

One of the few places in Gaston county for alignments on lifted trucks. . I had a 1:00 appointment for an alignment. They had me in and out in just over an hour. My Tundra drives perfectly again. “Staff is very friendly. Body work looks magnificent! I chose to use Tindol because I bought my mustang from them in 2020 and I take it to them for all things! Tindol has always given me great service. This was the first time using the body shop. I will say that there will be a wait (at least in my situation) because it was around the holiday (Christmas and New Year). The only thing I wish had gone differently was the communication. I called several times and was told I would get a call back and never received a call back so I had to call multiple times. The car looks great and at the end of the day thats all that matters.”

“I am so thankful and grateful for Robert at the New Hope location in RR, Tx. Without him, well let’s just say things would’ve gone very bad. He not only was able to solve my problem that corporate customer service couldn’t seem to handle. I wish I could review them as well they would get whatever can be lower than no star. Not even 1/2 of one. They gave me the run around over not being able to return a part that was $200 because of a damaged box. The part still brand new. So basically I would lose my money for a cardboard box. Again, never have I been handled so poorly by someone who is supposed to be the main customer service. But Robert saved my day without any hesitation. He had such an awesome attitude!! Guarantee when I need to go back to advance I won’t go to any other store but his. Thank you again sir!!”

“I had a great experience with Chris and his team. I came to Tim’s after realizing paying for the damage on my car out of pocket would be cheaper than filing through insurance. Tim’s gave me the most fair pricing of any of the other shops I tried. One part on my car ended up on back order from the manufacturer and seemed to take an eternity to get to the shop. Tim’s team was able to leverage some alternative suppliers to finally get the part after some time. My car now looks brand new. Chris and team did a great job and I would highly recommend to anyone else in a similar circumstance.”

“Wonderful experience, the two associates who helped me were so friendly and personable. I came in with a check engine light that had just come on a hour prior. They were able to tell me that it was the mass airflow sensor and quoted me multiple options. Jamal was amazing, he recommended trying to clean the sensor first and even gave me an extra can of MAF cleaner that he had in his car. I tried his advice and the next day the light was off :) They saved me from a $100+ repair for FREE. Great experience.”
