I came to this location for help with my phone. I had just transferred my service from T-Mobile. I had told the worker something was wrong as I could receive message from iPhone users but not androids. The associate in this located texts my phone from his phone ( iPhone to iPhone) sees the message come through tells me everything was working and sent me on my way. So I go to the Cox rd location, they check into it and turns out my service transfer needed to be manually sent through. Had this location listened to what I was saying, it could've been fixed the first time. I will NEVER come to this location.

Absolutely marvelous service! Had to set up 2 new lines as well as get upgrades for my entire family and the staff in-store made the process so swift and with exceptional knowledge about how my bill would work, what I would be paying each month, and even some discounts that came with my purchase that day.

0 stars. David lied to me about the color iPhone 13s they had before I came in the same day after running my social and starting my account. Forced me to get Elite unlimited on all 4 of my lines AND protection. (I wanted 1 elite and 3 starter) said only customer service can give out those lines and the stores require Elite to ensure the phones are protected before walking out the door. David said I can call customer care as soon as I leave to change it. David also was having trouble porting out my 4 phone numbers. So his store manager Amori took over and seemed irritated to help. As soon as the transaction finished they sat down to be on their phones while we were still there.Barely helped me to transfer my data on 2 of my phones I was going to do trade ins for. Didn’t even insert the 2 SIM cards for my 2 BYOD devices. I had to ask twice for my receipt's ..they also left my 2 trade in phones on the counter behind them and didn’t even process them.. said i would get an emailed receipts in a week..(sketchy) so after I left I decided to go back and take my trade in phones because they still didn’t process them in the system after asking. Amari asked “oh you’re going to do them through customer service?”. LOL. I always need receipts after any transaction in case anything goes wrong… that same night around midnight we realized none of our phones were getting texts or calls from other carriers or phone numbers . Turns out they did not successfully port the phone numbers over . Had to be on the phone with customer care late at night to fix myself. After receiving my bill 2 weeks later, turns out David added the early upgrade feature on all 4 lines without getting my consent. It was NEVER brought up to me. Had to call customer care to fix my account multiple times. Watch out and avoid this exact location. They will do anything to get their sales and will not care after getting your money!

Joseph has an extremely intelligent considerate nice and patient demeanor. He could completely resolved my issue of where is the store in Rock Hill could not do.

Joseph is very helpful and knowledgeable. I ALWAYS come here since this store is less busy. But he has never failed us. If he doesn't have anything- he will order it. He knows of every promotion and will get you the best price and or plan. They may not have products in stock but he goes above and beyond to help his customers. Kuddos to Joseph!!!! Great customer service!!!

I have been to this store twice in the last few weeks. The first time was to upgrade two phones and Joseph assisted us. Everyone knows that this is never a quick process but Joseph was wonderful. He made it really easy and was patient and nice. One of the phones I upgraded wasn’t available in store and had to be shipped. Once it was received, I decided to give the old phone to my mom so I went back to the store to get help with that. I was hoping Joseph would be there again and he was! Again, he made it easy. I was going to get a prepaid plan for my mom but Joseph was able to add her to my account and make some changes to my plan that actually got my monthly bill within a few dollars of what I had been paying previously even with new phones and a 5th line. Thanks Joseph, you are awesome!
