“I bought apple 16” MacBook on Aug 17. Great product. It came with a $25 reward, which I got issued to me about 3 weeks later. I bought an Insta pot on September 9, using the $25. But, when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t in stock. And wasn’t coming back into stock. The customer service rep said they had to cancel the order and I’d get my $25 promotional bonus returned in 2 weeks.
I never got the $25 back. After 2 hours of “ground hog day” like conversation I’m told they have no way to re-issue promotional once an item is cancelled.
Is that even legal. The inventory was wrong. This isn’t my fault. Is there a basis for a class to show unethical behavior.
I’ve spent $5-7k with BB over the last 2-3 years. They don’t give a $&@.

To the manager who got this issue escalated and ignored it … go work for Circuit city. This is how they got to extinction. .
