When they aren’t open (which google does not list there hours) they pick up the phone with an attitude like you are breaking the law or something. they lost a very loyal customer willing to spend money when they did that! I was in the need of a new groomer after my regular retired. I am use to my service animal seeing the groomer twice a week. This was a totally new experience for me with ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never even call them again not to worry! And sorry to have called on Sunday BIG MISTAKE i am speeding the word starting with this review!

They treat you and your pets like family. I wouldn’t let anyone else keep my Dog plus their grooming surpasses my expectations every time.

They are the best at keeping your fur babies when you are out of town. They keep ours each time we go anywhere. We come back they are fine, groomed and well taken care of.

Had called a week in advance to place our 2 dogs here for the weekend. They do not open until 10:30 but the lady told me on the phone she would be there at 8 am that morning since my boyfriend and I were leaving to go out of town for the weekend. We got there at 8 am on a Friday, no one was there. Waited an hour or so and still no one showed. We found another kennel to put the dogs for the weekend since we were running on a time frame & never got a single call from the place. The place was also very run down & seeing as though they close around 5/6, they’re not back to let your dogs out to use the bathroom until 10:30 the next day. Would not recommend ?

Good customer services, reasonable price, and loved the way they groomed my yorkie! I do recommend it and will definitely come back! They did an excellent job!

Very rude and unprofessional. Refused to Groom my dogs hair she only wanted too take the easy way out & shave them bald because she did not want to spend time brushing. Not recommend.

Very rude. Would never take my pet here just by the way the lady talked to me on the phone trying to ask questions. Never been spoke to so rudely and they think I would take my pet there smh. If they talk to humans that way how do they treat animals.

This is a wonderful place for pet lovers who want professional ❤. I like this is a small business owned by local residents. The husband and wife are very polite and respectful. I found them extremely informative and happy to share their knowledge with others.
