Absolutley NOT!! First off we scheduled appointments, then the lady who did the hair had such a damn attitude while cutting hair rolling of her eyes, then screwed up the haircut.. then the other appointment they could not even do and wanted us to wait 2 hours... Never Again!! Very unprofessional business.. and still charged for a shitty hair cut, O and Im not giving any damn Stars.. it made me give the one

The people who serve you do not have the charisma to serve you and they also give you horrendous cuts and dyes, I do not recommend them.

I had friends recommend me this location when I moved to Gastonia Im so glad I did ended up going here. The young lady that did my hair her name is Cindy, wow she did such an amazing job! She did exactly what I ask for but better than what I envision. I love my hair color. Every where I go I get stopped and asked who does my hair because it’s beautiful! I love it I have this beautiful light brown color with blonde highlights. If you are unsure about going her this is your sign! Book your appointment with CINDY! I promise you, you won’t regret it!

I had a disappointing experience with my haircut. I won't be returning. Despite showing her pictures, the stylist didn't match the style. She cut the layer too short.

Patty did an amazing job on my grandsons hair! He couldn't stop smiling when we left! People were complimenting him in stores and he said everyone at school said he looked really good! I'm very happy! We will definitely be going here from now on.

TERRIBLE HAIRCUT AS BAD AS IT CAN GET. The lady with the blonde hair cut my son and daughter's hair. It only took her 20 minutes TOTAL to cut both of their hair! My son's hair cut it's the worst Cut I have ever seen it's all uneven and just all over ridiculous! My 5 year old would probably have done a better job cutting his own hair! Wish I had never stopped here. If there was a zero start option that's what they would get.
Terrible service if I could give zero stars I would! I took my boy and my girl and it only took 20 minutes in TOTAL to cut both of them. The boy's hair was horrible on his sideburns and everything was uneven around his ears, literally TERRIBLE as hell! I'm sure my son would have done a better job cutting it himself. Appalling!!
