Ended up needing to get towed over 100 miles away from my location. He and his very helpful son who was with him (he also knows a thing or two , awesome young man) were very kind and professional. “Pretty good store, but I will tell you , if you take a hydraulic hose to Roanoke rapids. You will probably end up in gaston. For some reason they dont have all the fittings in roanoke rapids. The man in gaston knows his stuff!”

“I dropped my truck on a Monday after being hit by a deer. When I received my truck back a few weeks later it was well worth the wait! Everything was back in it's place, paint matched perfectly! Even had a dent that was not part of the accident repaired and just as happy with that work. He took his time as I wanted, replaced all parts that were necessary, even finding more damage than initially estimated for, reached out to my insurance to get approval. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew to anyone and hopefully I won't, but if I do need collision repair done again Mike is my guy.”

“As much as I would like yo call out one person I can't, the entire staff was kind and knowledgeable! I had questions they answered them thoughtfully, the drivers lounge has a TV and is actually connected to different accounts to unlike some places, and they have a full bathroom with a shower with great water pressure and hot water! Most importantly the rates were very reasonable. Lastly they have a ton of space to maneuver. Great Garage!”

“I can't say enough good about this O'Reillys, and it's store manager, Jeff.
My family and I were on a short weekend vacation a couple hours from home, when the alternator on my Honda Odyssey van unexpectedly quit working. We barley made it to this store from where we were staying. I explained the situation to Jeff, and he immediately offered to help in any way possible to get us going again. I purchased the alternator and proceeded to replace it in the parking lot. It was not an easy job, but was made much easier because of the help and kindness we received. Jeff allowed me to use some tools, charged my battery while I worked, and went above and beyond to help in every way possible. Every one of the employees we encountered were kind and helpful. Thanks so much for helping us get back home! I cannot recommend this location enough.”
