Closing all of my accounts. I’ll never do business with or refer business to Wells Fargo again. An incompetent banker opened up a smaller business account for me and at the time clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I should have put up a review at that time but I definitely understand that people need room for growth. A week later she calls me from another branch asking that I come back in because there was documentation she forgot needed to be signed. I did that. She calls me back 2 weeks later when I’m out of town asking that I come in for something else that she forgot needed to be done. I let he know how frustrating it was a told her I would get back to her once I got back in town. I also mentioned that if she needs to close that account then I was ok with her doing that. I go to transfer funds from my bigger business account today (3 months later) and get a message that a flag is on my bigger account (which has absolutely nothing to do with the smaller account). I call the 1-800 number and they direct me back to the original branch where I set up the smaller account. I go into the branch to ask about it and the branch manager (I’m assuming) tells me that there are no appointments today mentioning that I was supposed to come in at an earlier date. When making mention of the transactions that happen daily in the bigger business account and it not having anything to do with the smaller account in question she did absolutely nothing to understand or rectify the clear incompetence of the lady who set the account up! Made an appointment for a branch today 3 hours later and 30 mins away from me. Poor customer service and absolutely no understanding at all. I know Wells Fargo can careless about my little bit of business on a bigger scale but it makes me feel better to know they won’t have it.

I've tended to have excellent experiences at Wells Fargo, and this was absolutely no exception. The staff were friendly, and got me to speak with a banker (Dylan Reaves) almost right away. Dylan was super helpful and understanding, and knew when to offer help and when to listen - outstanding service!

Generally, my experiences with Wells Fargo have been mixed...customer service does not appear to be a strength of the institution. However, I recently had the pleasure to be helped by Sanna Ghulam at the Garner Forest Hills branch. Sanna was wonderful, patient, and determined to provide me the assistance I needed. I will give Sanna a 5-star rating.

I am going to close all my accounts with wells fargo . Not just this branch any branch you go to they are short staff. I want to keep my money in a bank with great customer service .I have been going to 3 different branches all I hear is we are short staff wait time is some times over 30 minutes! No thank you .Wells fargo is going down I dont want to have any business with them . I have been patience with wellsfargo thinking that this bank is getting better but I was wrong the worst bank ever! Not just this branch all 3 brancheand ?

I had the best experience due to Sanna Ghulam. She handled my business account professionally with no rushing. She also took her time to make sure every document was correct to my needs. She is the best!!!! I highly recommend her for your business or banking needs.

OMG! This is the slowest drive through in North Carolina. Every time I come it takes 30 minutes or more. Awful.

I do not leave reviews often, especially bad ones. This branch has very poor communication and does not handle business in a time effective manner. Needless to say I went with another bank altogether and they had my request done within a day. Read some of the reviews at the bottom really wish I would have done that before I went here. Poor reviews never lie people.
