We’ve been to Waggerz several times in the last few months for our golden retriever, and I’ve been very happy! His fur is SO soft afterwards, and he smells very nice, but not too strongly of cologne. I appreciate that they take the time to do the job right—my dog takes forever to dry since he’s so fluffy, but he’s always fully dry when I pick him up, unlike other places I’ve used. We’ll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff. Great customer service. The groomer was awesome and gave my Pomeranian a great grooming. I am really particular about my dogs grooming. In fact I think I could be labeled by the groomers as "that over the top lady". Lol. They listened to me and noted my requests. My boy came out looking great. I would definitely recommend Waggerz.

We had such an awesome experience here, I'll never take my dog anywhere else! We have been 'fired' from other groomers in the past because of her anxious tendencies or not even given a chance due to her breed and size (Akita/Husky mix, 75lbs). The house had been taken over by dog hair and I was desperate to find someone that would see her. After reading other reviews, I felt pretty positive that this would be a good fit and they didn't disappoint! Reid did an amazing job with Kota and really took his time to get to know her and work at a pace that was comfortable for her. I always expect a 'special handling' fee when taking her to get groomed, but they did such a wonderful job that it wasn't even necessary. They even managed a cute holiday photo! All of the staff were so kind and personable, I can tell that they are very well trained and truly love what they do. I'm so happy to have found this place and I know that we will be forever clients!

Had a very great first experience with this groomer. They listened to my request on how I would like my dog to be groomed. I also liked that they take their time with my pet and don't rush the process. I think this is the best haircut my dog has had. Also they have a option of getting a holiday picture of my pet which I definitely took advantage of.

Personal service at its best. I left our other groomers because they would not have the same person groom my dog. My boy is a six month old Akita these dogs need to know their people , and dont react eell to strangers. Thanks Reid for being there for our pup.

They did a great job bathing, deshedding and trimming up our gorgeous Sheltie "Harley". He looks great, smells great, feels great and I'm sure he feels like 5 pounds of fur has been taken away. This was much needed

It’s Waggerz for me !!! They take care of my fur baby Jade to perfection!! He’s always so well groomed! I highly recommend the grooming service provided at Waggerz groom room .The staff is soooooo helpful and friendly also.

Waggerz takes pride in making the grooming process comfortable and hygienic for dogs, and I was super happy with my dog Ollie's cut after I picked him up. The salon smelled good, and didn't have the typical wet dog smell that plagues a bunch of grooming salons. The workers were also really nice, and gave Ollie a cute little report card on how he behaved during his bath which I appreciated. It's a very fair price for the service they provide and the standard of cleanliness they keep inside.

As a first time Shih tzu owner, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect for this first grooming visit. Each employee I talked to was very nice and accommodating when I was asking questions about his haircut. I was told that he was extremely difficult to groom, but they still did an amazing job with him! Before and after pictures!
