This is a long review but in order to explain the reasoning with the 5 stars takes a good explanation.
Overall, one of the BEST experiences with any customer service we've ever had. Omar is absolutely the best. I came in just to pay the bill and get a couple of lines removed from the account. He explained to me that I'd have to contact Verizon customer service to get those lines removed. I asked him about increasing our data plan cause we had the 2GB plan. He explained to me the new plans and then asked if I wanted to upgrade. Long story short (LSS), I left with a new phone, a smart watch and a new tablet (for my husband) with all the necessities needed. Due to my husband's work schedule, we had to come back the following Thursday to pick up the tablet due to it having to be ordered. Again, LSS, my husband left with a new phone and he ordered a new smart watch, too! It took a few days to get everything completed but Omar never seemed irritated/annoyed with us and our schedules to complete the whole transaction. We've been with Verizon for about 15 years now and during that time, we've encountered a handful of employees that we found to be the best. But, unfortunately they leave the store for other opportunities/reasons. My husband told this to Omar and asked if he was going to be there the next time we might need him. Omar replied he's been with the company for 5 years and doesn't plan on going anywhere, anytime! My husband and I both feel with employees like Omar, we will never switch to another mobile provider. Again, Omar is THE BEST!!!

We were helped by a young man named Tripp (Hollingsbrook or Hollings court) who was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a phone and accessories pretty quickly. The content transfer was pretty quick from what it was last time I bought a phone. He put the case, screen protector and camera lens protectors for me . I feel like he explained the financial part so I easily understood. Over all a very good experience. Calm and orderly, not impatient with me, an older lady.

Traded my iPhone in for a new Galaxy S24 and was told that I had to sign up on the ultimate plan at first and can change it after I get it all setup. Turns out I cannot get off the ultimate plan that costs me $62 a month. The $1000 discount I got for my iphone was only at $27 a month for 3 years. So I'm locked into a plan I can't change. So they gave me a $1000 discount on a plan I HAVE to adhere to and they got an iphone for free pretty much. If I'd known this at first I would have sold my iphone for cash and put that towards the new phone. The Sales person outright LIED TO ME about this. After this phone is paid off I will be leaving Verizon and I've been a customer for over 10 years. This is outright FRAUD.

Ordered a new device online and choose expert assistance in store to set up my new phone. Store said I would need to go to a corporate store and was unable to help me. Store was fine getting my sale on new decide but offered no help after.

Tripp & Andrew treated me professionally and answered my questions. Although it is a lengthy and expensive process to upgrade a cell phone I am happy with the results and the help I received at this store.

This is not an actual Verizon store. It's a retailer. I ordered and paid for a phone and case and was told to pick them up at this location, and received an email to pick up here, but they wouldn't give me the case because they aren't Verizon. So it was either buy a second case or go without one.

Best experience, hands down. Omar was extremely helpful and guided me into 2024 with new technology. I came home with everything I needed. His knowledge of the phones, promotional deals, and insurance for my new devices was above par! I feel assured that I have the best products and services that Verizon Wireless can offer. I'm so happy.

The service at Vitra is very very bad and if you are Latin even more so and if it is about buying and returning the equipment they send you to go 4 or 5 times and they never receive it, if anyone has questions or wants to know details, write to me

I just let Brian do his job. He is a pleasure to be around and very informative about all the products available. It was easy and quick for me to make a decision. I hope that Verizon sees what a valuable asset Brian is and rewards him accordingly.
