Thomas is amazing! I was trying get phones set up for the business. Another branch couldn't get it done between jobs and then the headache started. Hours on the phone after about hour and half at the other store. Then payments wouldn't go through due to Verizon restrictions. Whole thing was a nightmare. Thomas handled it quickly. Awesome guy! Now I can get back to work and actually use a phone service that works. P.S. T-Mobile in NC sucks!

If you have any problems or need help with anything, I recommend this location. The employees here are very helpful & know exactly what they’re doing. I wanna give a special thanks to Lauryn & Mathew though , they got me in & out in no time. I appreciate yall lol.

Worst customer service EVEE!!! I came in having a huge issue having already been on the phone with customer service customer Verizon, and chat for over two hours to finally get my issue resolved. I walked in and it was obvious from the moment. I got there that they didn’t wanna help me because I had started the transaction online and they were trying to make a sale, they were aggressive and condescending and I ended up just walking out because they literally told me that I had to do everything on my phone which was barely working, which is why I came in to get a new one. I can’t express how much I honestly probably will leave Verizon as a company after my experience today.

I recently upgraded my phone at this location and there were some issues on the Corporate side of the operation with my phone refund. I came here to say how AMAZING and supportive my sales rep, Peter, has been throughout the entire process. He spent over an hour (right at closing time) on the phone with tech support to get to the bottom of the issue. He then followed up the next day, as promised, and has kept me posted the entire way. I am very appreciative of Peter and his willingness to go above and beyond to resolve this issue. Thank you Peter!!

I pay for monthly insurance in case I damage my work phone. I finally did and when I called Verizon they said they dont actually do the repairs so they contract that work out and make you deal with a company called Asurion which is a hassle. Asurion sent a tech named Mark to my house three days later (soonest apt available) after confirming my repair and 5 min after the tech arrived at my house he brings my phone back to me and says he made a mistake and confused me with another customer and now didn't have my parts to perform the repair (first lie). Then he tells me he doesn't have the part in stock and it will take 3 weeks to order (2nd lie) and that I have to reschedule the repair myself and he can't help (3rd lie). I asked if there was anything he can do on his end since he was the one who made the mistake. He refused to help with reschedule and said I had to close the ticket and reschedule. I called Asurion and spent 4 hours over the next 7 hours talking to various reps who told me the repair rep was in the wrong and they assured me this was not normal. But then they tell me they can't help me bc the ticket was still open because the repair tech didn't close the ticket (he was trying to get me to reschedule the apt to avoid negative metrics in feedback that would show his bosses or VZW that he didn't complete scheduled repair). After talking to three separate Asurion reps and 1 VZW rep until 9pm no one has helped. Now I have to spend another day trying to get my phone repaired bc VZW and Asurion hung up one me repeatedly while I was on hold and refused to call me back. So you have to sit through a ton of hold music and robot options. VZW will take your money every month for the insurance you pay for but they couldn't care less if you actually receive the repair service. VZW has terrible customer service and so does Asurion. Both of yall are screwing over your customers and you couldn't care less. Yall are trash. Do not shop at this VZW if you can help it and don't fall for VZW's "insurance" package, it's just a scam.

Today was a great experience, I came into the garner store to resolve an on-going issue since 2021 with my promotional credit for my traded in up-grade. Thanks to John with the customer service support line and the in-store specialist Tim with the Garner team here at verizon for handling my issue and going above and beyond to get everything settled and resolved today. This has been the best thing to happen since I've been wanting help getting this issue resolved and have attempted multiple times in the past at a different store location. Also, great job to the store manager Douglas because if it wasn't for his excellent manager skills and running a great store then this issue probably would still be on-going. Thanks again garner team and John with the customer support team. I highly recommend this store for any of your verizon needs.

Went into this Verizon with hopes of switching from another phone service and buying 2 new phones, but the manager Doug did not even want to get up from his seat to assist us. When he finally did acknowledge us it was in such a rude manner that it made us leave. Verizon just lost 2 new customers thanks to a horrible manager.

I received amazing service from Solutions Specialist Patrick Fields. He helped my wife upgrade 2 phones then helped me upgrade my phones as well. He was patient and helped me select accessories along with transferring the data from my old phones to the new ones. I would highly recommend him for any of your service related needs.

24 minutes until Google Maps have this location closed for the night, and I pulled up to find this.7:35 (photo of store)7:38 (photo of the staff)If your store really closed at 7pm, then you need to update your hours on Google Maps.

I most recently worked with Fabian & Sheena who both were extremely pleasant and patient with me. My issue was resolved with no judgement.
