Okay. I just want to thank Carl so very much for all his assistance. And his patience was able to get Tech Support, and we resolved the issue at hand. Tina was absolutely wonderful. Made the experience easy, quick, and entertaining. I got everything I needed taken care of and appreciated her warm demeanor. ☺️I walked in with quite a bit of anxiety about all the options and plans - but that was no match for Tina’s effective communication, kindness, and patience.
