The manager Lawrence is the worst Manager that I ever saw in my life; he is rude, unprofessional, I don’t even know why a big company as Verizon has a person like him representing them. He definitely needs training on customer service, his attitude no idea super unprofessional. He doesn’t let me even talk with another representative to try to help me.Better Business Bureau need to do something there because customer don’t deserve that kind of service.

We waited 30min for someone who speak spanish and finally when we decided to do it on English (bcs it takes sooo long) they leave us just like that for no reason!Worst Costumer service ever!

I HAVE BEEN A LONG STANDING VERIZON CUSTOMER FOR THE BETTER PART OF 15 + YRS. But something very negative has happened to the "CUSTOMER" in customer service treatment & their processes that are company absolutes irrespective of Company Ommission, Errors or Oversight & the customer suffers extra charges from their norm and/or potential checking overdrafts, Verizon Late Fees & up to 60 day for adjustments, long hours on the phone with no options "at any level" for customer intervention OR remedy!! AND ARTICULATED THAT SENIOR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE????!!!!

If I could get this location a negative rating I would, first the person that sign me was rude. I waited for more than an hour for service I was passed over twice and never received any service and I left. I will never return to this location.

Ordered a bunch of stuff to the store, for the store to be completely shut down. Verizon in itself is absolute garbage anyways.

Just replaced my wife's phone, and the customer service here was excellent. Isaiah was very patient and thoroughly explained everything. Could not ask for better service.

We have been to this location twice. We scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and showed our appointment confirmation. They then proceeded to tell us that the appointment time slot was unavailable. The customer service was not up to par what so ever. While we asked the gentleman at the door a few questions (we were the only customers outside the store) we were not offered any helpful solutions, but short responses filled with attitude. We will not be returning to this location.

I really enjoyed my visit here at Verizon. I have been here before and it was the best visit ever! Christian my representative was wonderful! He helped change and upgrade all 4 of my lines at a even cheaper price. Store is in the a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Store nice and clean. Will definitely be back!

I stopped in to get a phone case for my son and was greeted rather quickly by one of the associates. He showed me the different cases and while going in the back to retrieve an additional case he introduced me to another associate by the name of Kiah. She was very helpful in explaining the differences in the cases as far as protection etc. She was very sociable and made the purchasing process quick and easy. We left to grab a bite to eat and then we returned to purchase the AirPods for my son as an early bday present. Kiah had went to lunch, but Kenny (store manager) helped us with that purchase. He explained the two different AirPods they sold, which I didn't know they had came out with another version (wireless;can be used w/a wireless charger). Kenny and Kiah both made this experience very enjoyable and showed that they cared more about my concerns and needs rather than pushing a sale, which is always a plus!!

My husband and I always drive from Smithfield for this location. We have never had bad service. We always get treated so well and everyone is clearly very educated on the products and deals available. We're never there long and no one tries to push/upsell things if we don't show interest.. You do NOT get that at other Verizon locations.

I visited your store on Friday july 13, 2018. the young lady who was assisting me, was very rude. she was not willing to help me with my problem. I told her I did not understand what she was telling me to do. she did not seem to care at all. she was very unprofessional. I will not ever visit this location again. I took my phone to the headquarters in Cary NC. they assisted me with my problem with no questions asked. they were more than friendly and solved my issues.

I got a tablet earlier this week which I didn't end up liking and my husband wanted me to return it. The employees that were not helping customers, were just playing on their phones and the guy that came to help me was pretty abrupt. He started processing the return right way and then had me sign an online receipt that was 35 dollars less than I paid for the tablet. He seemed annoyed with me and said it was a restocking fee. I told him I wasn't told about a restocking fee, just that I had 14 days to return it. He explained the restocking fee in a hurried and annoyed fashion. I have been with Verizon for well over ten years, spent a lot of money with them, and have never been late with a bill. I told him that I would be returning the phone I just bought and cancelling our plan. He said that was fine and gave me a customer service number. I guess he couldn't be bothered to help me any further. Maybe Verizon is doing so well financially that they are not encouraging their staff to try to keep loyal clients. Well, I am done with Verizon. They are not getting any more money from me. And, if you like Verizon and want good help, don't go to this location. The guy that sold me my phone and tablet earlier this week was nice, but upon trying to get help returning it, no one was nice.
