This little shop and the guys deserve a 10!! Their customer service can be described as "unique quality". They are super honest too. I had a nail on a brand new tired today and the main guy, I am not sure if it is the owner told me they couldn't patch it, but he was certain a plug will fix it. I got there with the spare on, because that's all AAA was able to do, swap it, because it is their policy nowadays and I didn't know it. They got me in and out of there in no time, and they were busy!! I highly recommend this shop, I do. I go every time for the inspection, but today, even as minor as it seems, they made me be very thankful for those guys!!

Went on a Saturday to get an inspection, everyone was so nice. He said it would take 10 minutes and it did! I had kids with me and a soccer ball to play with while we waited. In addition to the quick, friendly professional service our boys were shown some soccer moves by some of the guys who worked there! Wonderful experience!

This was my first time here. I will say that I was in and out. However, out of every place I have taken my car to this is the first place that I have been to where they have purposely unplugged my car camera. When I got back into my car I noticed it was unplugged, the wire was dangling down. I tried to give the benefit of doubt but when I went into my ring app to see how it could have been unplugged you can clearly see it was done on purpose. The video showed that the worker opened my car door bent down and a matter of seconds it was disconnected. I only brought my car in to get an inspection done. This really makes me wonder why would you have the need to unplugged my camera. I have had my car for 6 years and I have had a camera in my car for years and not once did anyone ever unplugged it. For this reason I will never go back and why I rated it a 1 star. I feel as if they are sketchy and don't want to be caught doing what ever it is they do. I have no trust for this place. What are you trying to hide? Car inspection are quick and basic check ups no need to unplug someone camera over it.
