They are very efficient in getting you checked out. They are also really patient and understanding with customer. I saw one of the cashier's helping an elderly man when he was confused with the technology they used and although he was being difficult the worker handled it with grace and was very kind.

They are extremely nice. They took my box and without charging me, sealed it shut and labeled it, providing me a receipt and under 30 seconds. Extremely pleased.

I received exemplary service at this UPS store in Garner, NC, from an associate named Maddie. I arrived with returns, and I thought I had all the labels I needed. I was quite wrong - there were more products than labels, and it involved a call to my partner while I was in the store to sort it out. Maddie was just phenomenal. She was super-organized and immediately assessed the problem, telling me step-by-step what needed to be done, which enabled me to quickly take care of it with my partner on the phone. She was incredibly pleasant during the entire process, succinctly and effortlessly conveying to me that I was not clueless (though I know I actually was, but she made it seem like it happens all the time and was no big deal). I am a Social Worker by profession, which is why pleasant and efficient customer service stands out to me. She was a model for what customer service should be, and I could absolutely see her doing trainings to help newer associates understand the elements of good service. I also know from experience that this reflects well on management, since the store’s manager(s) had to train her at some point, so I also want to shout out the management of this store for such a pleasant experience.

Riyen was EXCEPTIONAL!Was returning a chair and he made it quick and seemless. I drive to this location for all my returns.

Today I had multiple returns to Amazon. Morgan and Denise were so helpful when I asked for individual receipts for all seven of my returns. They could have been annoyed but they weren’t. Thank you guys for your help and patience.

Riyen, Morgan, Emily, Earlene, Denise, and Yeceli extend superior customer service. Their patience and knowledge allow them to accommodate my needs every time I visit the Garner store. That is the reason I will go out of my way to specifically use the Garner store. Go to them, they’ll take care of you!

My experience in the Garner UPS store was so very helpful! I needed copies of travel documents, scanned copies to a flash drive and pdf's sent to government entities and it was all done quickly and reasonably. RIyen took the time to help me and made look easy amid a busy day. Will definitely use again when I get back. Thank you so much!

I come to this store often. Always a great experience, but today, a young man named Riyen, went above and beyond his job! I had several returns, some requiring labels and packaging. I started to feel overwhelmed, and I think , Riyen, could see that on my face. He so calmly reassured me, “maam, I am here with you. We got this. It’s ok. He showed true human compassion!! And while doing that he was able to welcome others to the store, help them too, but continued to reassure me. He made an anxious moment for me so much better! UPS, you guys are fortunate to have an employee like, Riyen. He was a true God send for me today! #Grateful
