Amazon sent me broken chair that weighs about 50lb. Thank you Kadem for stepping up and helping me out putting 1line tape on the amazon return package. Other staff (esp. females) were unwilling to take the heavy box and suggesting to buy another box or else take it back home and repack it with 1 line of tape. It literally took less than 15sec to put one last tape and Kadem made it easier to let it go by putting one last line of tape. Other sides were already sealed. He will always be remembered with positive experience. 4stars is because other staff was not fully willing to help instead wanted to take heavy package back home or else buy new box.

The staff is always pleasant and cheerful . Liz & Emily assist me frequently with a smile and excellent customer service. I've been coming to this location for years and it only is getting better, in my experience the staff always go above and beyond.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Yeceli A SUPERVISOR had the worst attitude and rolled her eyes at my customer request. There were 8 employees, 2 of which were managers, that would not come out onto the sales floor to assist me. They preferred to stand around behind the counter and talk to each other. I do not recommend going to this location. They are terrible.

The line moved quickly. A young lady called me to her station, greeted me and asked how she could help. It was a quick and easy return, and I was well pleased with the service, and it looks of the store.

The UPS Store at Timber Dr in Garner is always quick, professional, and super helpful. They provide many services and products for your shipping and office needs. They are also a site to return Amazon purchases. I highly recommend!!

I went to this sore to return an item to Amazon. My return scan code was all jacked up because of something i did when I was processing it Amazon’s site. Ted and Emily patiently took the time and the effort to help me fix it so that I can process the return. They did not have to do that and their level of customer service went well beyond what is expected and what is typical. Ted and Emily are a credit to your organization. Thank you for having them available to help me when I go to your store.

If I could give a negative star I would. I mailed an envelope to Illinois yesterday. Was told it would be $4.24. Was charged $54.24!!! Jessica, store manager nor corporate hq will refund me. My bad for trusting the word of the employee and walking out of the store not looking closely at the receipt. Dishonest, poor customer service. NEVER USE THIS STORE!
