This place has the WORST service I have ever experienced. The girl I spoke with, Hanna, was extremely rude when I just wanted basic information about a unit. Find a better storage facility, there are PLENTY with much better prices.

Angela Davis the owner of Integrity Storage who I've used for U-Haul and was considering using for storage solutions absolutely hung up on me after I returned a call and refused to work with me because of me explaining that I'm Autistic.
She told me I have no reason to call them or contact them any further. I'm supposed to drop off the trailer, but I don't feel comfortable even being around them at this point considering that's the owner.

Had reservation Saturday April 20th for truck rental for local move. We arrived at the appointment time of 9:00 a.m. and everything went beautifully. Our truck was pulled up, gassed up, and ready to go! Staff member was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends. ✅

NOT EVEN 30-days late.Been here for years. Always was on-time. Autopay was set up for a long time!I got laid off and ended up on hard times.Not even 30-days late, they redlock me. Now I have to wait for them to decide to cut it off or go buy a lock cutter and get this pos off so I can do what I came here to do for less than 10 minutes.They do this to maximize their profits of your stuff. It used to be called, Turner Farms SS. It looks like it was purchased by this integrity company and now it’s just a constant barrage of auctions.If you’re low-income or think you might fall on hard times. Don’t risk losing your memories and all the stuff you worked so hard for.Go somewhere else. I will be leaving this place asap!There are FAR BETTER and CHEAPER places than this place!

AUSTIN IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE IS VERY FAIR. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIS CUSTOMER AND HE LISTENS TI HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO MISS HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE I CLOSE OUT MY UNIT. ASK FIR HIM IF YOU WANT TO GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This storage facility has a mice problem. On two separate occasions we found dead mice in our unit. When we reported to the management, they seemed mostly unbothered by the report and said they were dealing with the issue for a while. I was concerned that none of the customers were informed of the issue as mice can damage stored items . The management response to this was they didn't know where the mice were so they wait until a customer reports the issue before sending someone out. They also shared an explanation for the mice infestation that is kind of sketchy. They said a customer moved in and apparently the mice were in their stored things. When the items were moved out to tackle the mice problem they found bedding which suggested the customer was caring for the mice as pets. I've heard stranger things, but I am frankly overall disgusted by how the problem is being addressed. Also the storage facility smells of moth balls. I immediately moved our items away from this facility. I just can't believe the management isn't taking a more aggressive approach to resolving the mice issue. I don't think this is a well run facility. I do not recommend.

Angie and Hannah were extremely nice and helpful. They were very down to earth and more than willing to help me. I had no problem whatsoever finding the right storage unit. This place is well-maintained and professionally managed. I highly recommend Turner Farms Self Storage.

Austin and Michael were wonderful and so helpful! The folks working on 2/7 and 2/8 were as well! I didn’t catch their names. Being pregnant and having to completely move out of 2 very full storage units was very stressful but your staff really made it much easier and convenient for us and we are so grateful. It makes us rethink if we are making the right decision to move out of the south back to the north. You just don’t find this type of kindness anywhere else. Thank you for everything Turner Farms Storage! 5 stars all around!

We’ve dealt with this place a few times now and would highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.
