This is a review more on a particular instance and doesn’t go for the whole store all the time. They usually are quite helpful.I came in looking for a deer feed block and it showed 27 in stock online. I KNOW that they have at least 24 in stock in the store and they are there. These blocks are over 20lbs each so you got like 1-2 pallets worth of product. I get there. None on the shelf, okay no problem. There is only room for 4-5 at any given time and if you get 2 - 3 customers back to back looking for it or they are buying multiple to supply mineral support all spring/summer, sure it’s not there. I get to the front and the cashier calls warehouse. They don’t have it. Well they call the associate manager because I’m a little perturbed by the 27 item inventory discrepancy. That don’t happen. I worked retail for 3 years. You’ll miss 1 or 2 but not 5+. The associate manager comes to the front to tell me in person that they do not have it. They say all of their deer products are out on the floor. I research other items and they show similar. 5+ items in stock and 1 or 2 on the floor. Hmmmmm not sure what you gain other than either being lazy or what but the store apparently doesn’t like to exert effort all the time if it’s not easy to find.This does not go for this store once again on a regular basis. 98% of my experiences here have been fun, great, helpful. Hence the 4 star review. Just going to make me pay attention to staff and names better next time.

The girl with the winged liner black hair and piercings was super helpful and knowledgeable. I'm taking 1 star off bc the other 2 women employees weren't at all helpful. One was clueless and the other flat out said "I'm not doing that" .. give the alt girl a raise because she was outstanding.

Dog wash is not being maintained . 0 clean towel's (we asked ) and the left side hose has metal needles frayed on the hose line that literally punctured my fingers multiple times . Was very disappointed to see it in this condition. People live there dogs . 10 bucks don’t seem like a lot but compared to doing at home for free I expect everything to be 100% functional and get everything you supposedly pay for with it .
