I love buying at T.J.Maxx but today I was not happy with the treatment I received at checkout. My wife had 3 birthday gift cards from T.J.Maxx and the cashier, an older Black women treated us very rude and required that we show her our ID/License in order to use the gift cards as if they were stolen and then questioned us on a Ralph Lauren cologne we found in the clearance section. I told her they were in the clearance section with other clearance items. She said that it should have been in the locked glass case and not out in the open and looked at me in a very rude way as if I was at fault. I told her that there were more if she thought I was lying and then I even questioned her on the ID requirement for using gift cards. She may be a manager or supervisor because she was ordering other employees to do things. I spent over $100 today and to be honest don't think I'll be going back with such bad customer service. This was at the White Oak shopping center in Garner. What a shame!!! Slowly but surely good customer service is disappearing.

Came here with my two younger boys to pick out some Mother's Day presents. Was extremely happy to find two high-end blouses for about $26. I will be coming here more often!

Great selection of clearances in the back area that has kitchen utensils, also make up section. I wished all of the stores had more mark downs. Everyone likes a deal.

I do like shopping at this location. I feel as though they do have pretty good inventory.
The only drawback from the store is how unkept the fitting rooms are. Much dust back there. i always end up having a sneezing fit while I’m trying on clothes.
The staff at the store have always been helpful and kind.

I usually go shopping at Gardner but never stop by TJ maxx before, I am surprised by the variety of clothes and shoes that I could find in there and at a reasonable price. I was shopping for a teen and I found very good deals.

The is a VERY VERY nice TJMAXX!!! Super organized and clean! They have tons of the best beauty products! Also a very nice and large home and kitchen section! This is the best/nicest TJ Maxx I’ve been to in all my life!
