I went here once. It wasn't clean and they didn't like me asking valid questions about cleanliness. Defensive as all get out. I have a cosmetology license and knew the answers to questions I asked. Never went back. This was before they moved. I hope things have changed.

I had to find a place closer to work. I've had my eyebrows waxed once, great job! I've had my nails done 2x and will return. I get fill ins and a bit of nail art. It's hard to find people who can do mail art, he is very good!

I made am appointment a day head with Ben, when I arrived I had to wait 15 min and then had a different tech than I asked for. The owner told me that I did not ask for Ben when I made the appointment. I have been having my nails done for yrs and know you have to ask for the tech you want. After getting home and seeing my nails in natural light there are voids under the acrylic. When I called the owner to tell her about my problem she gave me a hard time, I was so mad I hung up on her. I would take away this star if I could. Never going back!!!Service: Acrylic nails

There should be a zero option! It's like they don't want to do their job!! I just wanted to do a simple color change for a wedding & one of the employees really was about to fight me to not get it done! AND THEN she over charged me! Not going to even think about going to that place ever, especially with the new management there!
